Level up Gaming has easily earned my 5 stars! I visited this store for the first time a few months ago and have been back quite a bit since! The manager Sue is very friendly and so helpful everytime I stop in! There is a wide selection of all your retro gaming needs and even if they dont have something in stock, they make sure to contact you when they do have it in. I will say, they are a bit pricey. However, all retro games are overpriced, arnt they? Sometimes Ill find certain games on ebay or another online store for cheaper but its also vice versa...sometimes the game I want on ebay is cheaper at Level Up. If you want the cheapest prices for your games...youll have to do some shopping around. I will continue spending my money here without a question! Sues friendly demeanor and passion is worth it alone to me! It makes it easier to spend so much money when your giving it to a good person that provides excellence! Great local Business & definitely one of my new favorite places to shop!! =D

What more can I say about this place and the new owner Mark besides being my absolute favorite place to shop and good conversation, incredible customer service, wide selection of video games and toys. Mark has a excellent knowledge of his business he had recommended me several video games across a wide selection of systems and I loved them all! I come in often to check out his ever growing collection. One thing I love is that everything is tested (which is important if we are talking classic games) and if there is ever a problem, he has a good return policy which of all the games and systems I purchased I never had to use. I am really grateful Mark has turned this true gem of a store into a sanctuary of fun and entertainment for not only gamers and collectors but anyone who wants to have fun!

The people who wrote the negative reviews have no clue what theyre talking about! This store is amazing. The service is fantastic and rare now a days. Its a small family owned business and both the owners will go out of their way to help you find exactly what youre looking for. If they dont have it on hand the day youre looking, theyll take your name and number and the second they can release it theyll call you. Their selection is tremendous and theyre prices are so cheap. Ive never found a business of this type to be so wonderful and helpful. Ive been present a few times browsing and have seen many customers excited to have found the games they played as a child and more times than not leave happy. This is a great local business!

CHECK THEM OUT! I started collecting NES games over a year ago and quickly found Level Up which was local to me. Being retired from the military it has really helped me fill my time. Anytime I have a few minutes Ill stop over and check out their selection. They are always courteous and fair with pricing no matter what these other yahoos say on these reviews. I buy from every store, thrift shop, and flea market in the state and know their prices to be fair. Id go so far as to even go there when Im broke just to shoot the breeze. If you enjoy video games, old or new, stop in and check them out. Theyve definitely treated this salty grunt with the utmost respect, personally and in transactions. 247 NES Games and Counting!

Love this store! Can get anything from NES/SNES and Sega Genesis, to Xbox 360 and Wii. Sometimes you can even find a couple Xbox One games. Theyve always been very helpfull with finding what Im looking for, and they have amazing prices. Cant beat a $10 (Xbox 360) game. They recently changed owners but the service, prices, and selection are still as great as ever! I would recomend this store to any gamer, experienced or new to the gaming world, they will help you find what youre looking for. If not, there are still plenty of other games (plenty of acsessories too). Plus you an bring in your old games and theyll buy em. Its not much of a drive for us, but even if it took an hour, it would be 100% worth it!

If you think game stop is bad. Then you wouldnt want to go to level up gaming. Just joking. Im not going to bad mouth a good place to pick up classic video games. its one of my favorite places to go still. I still miss AJ but the owner is a good guy and hes just making his earnings. the prices arent bad. you can almost find any old/classic game you want. I havent met anyone who hasnt complained about the store or how the new owner is. its a great place for children and adults who are looking to get back into gaming. its also a cool place for memories from when you were a child. if your just checking out the store. I dont really do reviews but this place gets a five star ranking from me.

Waaaay overpriced on most items!!! Do your research before buying!!! The cheapest you can get a game is $5 but dont worry none of the decent ones are. But dont get me wrong I dont expect my games to be $5 theyre vintage but SPORTS GAMES TOO?? I buy and sell video games and went to check it out but Im not looking to buy anything expensive because of the spikes in prices. $35 for a controller.. Seriously? Ill pay shipping and still get them for less. My hopes are they pay people what they deserve for trade ins. I found a game I wanted and it was $10 with no case and a ripoff and I know this because I previously bought one for my brother for $5 online and it was complete.

One of the few places near me that sells classic games and movies, now sells toys, comics, and all sorts of other fun and interesting things. Although the eBay high prices for the more popular titles is a bit unfortunate (I still blame YouTubers like James Rolfe for that..), 90% of the other games and memorabilia are fairly priced and in good condition 99% of the time. The new management is just a friendly as the prior, and I cannot think of any negative things to say about the guy (besides the much higher prices, but as I said, its really only the more popular games). Over all Level UP is probably my favorite store and I highly recommend checking them out.

Its a nice enough place. Friendly staff, decent range of systems they carry games for. My only gripe is really that the place is pretty small and the selection is meh. There are a lot of games, dont get me wrong, but I always head to these places to find hidden treasures, and if you go to LevelUp in the hopes of grabbing a Killer 7, Silent Hill 2, or Eternal Darkness, youll come away disappointed. They do have systems for pretty cheap though, old PS Ones for $45ish, GameCubes for a similar price. Its worth a stop if youre in the area but not worth a trek, if that makes sense.

one word rip off. if you want a scam here you go. they have some good finds. but for a crazy amount. i go in and see forza 2 wich i got for 2 bucks at gamestop. they have the gamestop price tag but over it is a 12 dollar sticker. they got nerve to do that. i gave them 4 games one i payed 40 for used and the others 10 or more. he gives me 9 dollars store credit. so i take it not knowing about the prices. and it smells like cigeretts in there. overall double thumbs down
