They offer a great selection of new and used games for all of the major gaming consoles (Xbox One, PlayStation 4 & Nintendo Wii U), plus they have games available for the previous generation of gaming consoles also. Recently, they have expanded product line of console games to include collectible figurines based from games, comic books, and movies. There is a limited amount of apparel (T-shirts) and other smaller desk items. The staff are courteous and pretty knowledgeable about whatever game you may have questions of.

Terrible service, bought a guitar hero guitar, left the store only to realize they neglected to give me a key piece to make it work. On top of that I traded in a few games and the balance was never saved on my card! Definitely the worst gamestop in Connecticut.

The store has a huge choice of games to chose from which is good. But if you want to trade in your games you get dirt for them. So sell your games on eBay and NOT GameStop
