Went there this evening (4-16-11) with my girlfriend and my mother visiting from NY. When we walked in, three sales associates (two females, one male) were giggling having a pow-wow with their backs turned to us. We werent immediately greeted until my mother asked me a question in regards to what I was looking for. Then, and only then, because they realized someone was in the store one of the female associates chose to greet us. My goal is to find a suit for a wedding Im attending, and since Im not familiar with the store we walked around a bit, with not a word from any of the associates. Before I came to the the store, I found two BBs suits online I was interested in. Upon seeing them I realized quickly that they looked drastically better online. I decided to pass, looked around some more, tried on four different jackets with comments from my mom and my girlfriend, and still no associates to be found. Didnt like the products and I surely didnt like the Customer Service. As we were leaving we saw one of the female associates putting some garments away on a shelf at the front of the store on the mens side. She finally felt the need to ask if we were finding everything ok. Yes, we found the EXIT!

a bit disappointing for a premium store charging premium prices. Had trouble getting the attention of staff on one visit although they usually are good. Their selection is a limited - i dont understand why there is a much better selection on line.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff! I needed a specific shirt for a wedding and the staff member was very helpful with taking my measurements and making sure I had the correct fitting shirt. Top notch !
