This woman deleted our reviews on yelp. Beware of this place. The people who run it are sick, and have no regard for the concept of "Adults ONLY" Theres been talk of them selling sex toys to underage children, but what hit home for me is when my son (12 at the time) returned home with a drug pipe purchased from these monsters. I had never stepped a foot in the place prior, and from the putside, it looks to be a quaint little pet shop. You walk in and it looks nice (aside from the mildew smell). Theres a back room which SHOULD be separated by some kind of blockade, becuse from the entrance you notice a display of sex toys and adult memorabilia. I didnt ask, but didnt come across any drug items, pipes, papers,m etc. This makes things scarier, because it seems you have to ASK for these things. In other words there hidden, highlighting the fact that these people know what theyre doping is illegal. The police checked it out and didnt see any drug paraphenalia on display, and cant do anything. These people should be imprisoned for the scam their running. Thats not to even mention the ridiculous pricing. Dont let the sign with the kitten fool you. STAY AWAY FROM HERE. ITS YOUR ONLY HOPE.

I enjoy the Chaos Casbah fun stuff and some adult novelties.. Nothing offensive or shocking.. Sandy Conner you need help!! just cause you think something in your small brain does not mean that it is true or that you should put it online. Your comments are slanderous and you should be careful what you put in print, especially when it is untrue.. You sound like you have a personal gripe or something... You dont like the place dont shop there but dont make the place out to be something its not.

I do not understand the negative reaction by the Connor family. I have always had a good experience when shopping at Chaos Casbah. Barbara sells unusual gifts. Expect a fun look though the store. The posters and more are worth a visit. She keeps the adult products and the small number of glass pieces in the back room where under 21 is not allowed. The front of the store is full of nice G rated products. This shop is owned by a long time resident of Ludlow who ran shops on Okemo. She is a gem!

I loved this shop and all the items they have for sale! Great energy here :) My fiance and I had a long chat with one of the owners, Barbara, and she was simply lovely. Im surprised to read the negative reviews from The Conners family -- that sounds more like a personal situation, and less about the actual business at hand. As a tourist, I have to say -- ignore the negative Google review & stop by this adorable shop. Jewelry, posters, knick knacks, clothing & more. I loved it!

These people are sick in the head. Despite being shunned locally, they keep throwing money at this place. No ones buying your corrupt take on "down home values, or your "product for that matter. They sold a drug pipe to my son, and the woman there led my niece into the Adult back room, with dildos in plain sight. AND these people claim to be christian? Read your bible, folks.
