I order several items on line. According to their site all items were instock and if I paid for 2 day shipping I would receive my items with 3-4 days. I was excited because I was going on vacation and wanted these items to take with me. I NEVER received notification that the items were shipped. Finally I received my package expecting to receive all my items and packing slip says that all items were packed, but in the package was 1 one my 4 items. I called BonTon and the representative tells me "Oh 1 item was back ordered with an unknown date the other items she had no clue what happened with them but would ship them out same day". I informed her to cancel the back order item, her response is that they cannot cancel an order after it was placed, that I would just have to return it once I receive it and than once they receive it back the would credit my credit card. Since they took out the entire amount on my credit card for items I never received and couldnt refund me at this point since the order was still in so called processing. I waited 2 days still NO email regarding shipping on other items which were going to be shipped same day delivery. Day 3 came and I called back. According to them they were having shipping issues and not sure what is going on. I again wanted to cancel the order and was told " NO". I have to wait until I receive the items, return them and once they receive them back they would credit me back. BIGGEST scam! Never pay for expedited shipping, they dont guarantee it. Watch you credit card statements, they charge you for items that they dont ship or receive. Will NEVER deal with them again. Customer service is HORRIBLE!

Quality, appeal, and service are ok, but stores" policies and tricks they play with pricing, coupons, and what they supposedly give you for percent is drastically and seriously questionable.. When u sign up for credit card, the sign says 20% off and in fine print says "on most items",, well its not on MOST items, its on only a few items. Read the fine print, its all a gimick, when they are having a sale, they pick and choose what u can buy on the 20% off, its ridiculous and not people friendly, you can only get discount on what THEY decide to give discount on, and you never know whats on their list. So be wary when they say you get so much % off, its truly deceiving,the sale is NOT on everything. I dont like this store at all now, and refuse to go back.

I had an excellent shopping experience at BonTon yesterday. The Saleswoman, Deb, who was working in Womens Fashion Apparel was extremely friendly and helpful to me. I shop there a lot and its always been a pleasure, yet I have to say that Deb is top notch. There were some great sales in Womens Fashions so there were a LOT of customers. Its a hard thing to deal with the public, I know, and Deb sure seems to be a hard worker! In my opinion, BonTon is lucky to have her....She made my shopping experience a pleasure, all the while dealing with everyone with patience and a smile. Its people like her that keep people like me coming back and having fun spending too much! I vote give her a raise!

This company is not one I would deal with any more in the future. I cleaned a winter coat by following the care label instruction thats stitched inside of the coat. The leather trim and collar bled all over the coat the first time it was cleaned! No sympathy from the customer service people, and they would NOT accept a return or an exchange for another coat. Terrible service, and terrible products.

I have always received great service at the Westfield MA BON TON . I think the store is understaffed and the staff that works there is excellent.I noticed that people all over have become very rude,impatient, In a hurry to get no where,and the staff at BONTON have to put up with there very rude Attitudes. They do a great job for the help they have on THANKYOU

These stars are for Joy in Estee Lauder. She is not only a great sales person, but she goes above and beyond when working with a customer. She showed me products that will work with me andy skin looks fantastic. As far as the clothing and other things. I feel there prices are high.
