Please dont waste your time and go here. The owner decided to go out of her way and order a dress for me with a $50 try-on charge and if I didnt like it, I didnt have to buy it, which sounded like an AMAZING deal....unfortunately when I came to try on the dress, I liked it but was not in love because the material was very shiny, which I kept saying out loud when it came in. The owner and my mom kept saying how nice it was and so my mom put down a deposit. I called the very next day in the morning, explaining how my mom and the owner were the only ones there and I felt pressured into saying yes and that I dont think its the dress for me. When I came in again with others to see it a couple days later and told her I didnt want it and that I didnt want any other dresses in the store, the owner was RUDE, OBNOXIOUS, AND LIED to moms face that shes not talking the full 20% for canceling, but she did take the full 20% and I ended up paying a total of $250 back to my mom. The lady is overtired and shouldnt be running a business if she has no patience for brides, especially with her pressuring me, I was giving her great business buying a $1250 dress when they sell typically $500 dresses and I was treated badly. I admit that I became very angry with the owner and was very assertive, but her attitude and taking all the money she did from me is ridiculous. I will never, ever recommend this place to anyone.

In responce to ana mm review - this is the owner and the only reason why i charged her money it is because she put down a deposit.. No one pressured her. she liked the dress and changed her mind and unfortunately businesses get charged for every credit card transaction fee so that is what i charged her.. I am very sad and disapointed that she feels this way about my business but i am not tired and i am very patient to run my business. I love my job and i run my business honestl and i never pressure brides or anyone into a sale on contrary i tell my brides to sleep on their decision since it is one and only decision in their lifetime hence it is very important. Unfortunately when you serve hundreds of customers there will always be one unhappy person. Good luck to this bride I hope she has found a dream dress. Barbara - the owner

I purchased my wedding dress from Bridal Bells in February, 2015 for my wedding in Maui in October of 2015. Barbara was very nice and helpful with what would fit my body type. I am a plus size lady and i wasnt happy about going into bridal shops to try on size 10 dresses. I was referred by a friend to visit Barbaras shop because she is known to have all sizes. The day I went, I just finished a 60 hour work week and was exhausted but I also knew I had to find a dress soon. I left putting a deposit on a dress I wasnt sure about. I called Barbara that Tueaday and went in that evening. She was understanding and just wanted me to be happy with my decision. I loved my dress and left very happy with my choice. The seamstress, Christina, was also wonderful and alternated my dress to fit me and have my dress done in a timing manner.

I LOVED this store. I wanted to shop local for my wedding dress because small businesses are so important. However as a plus size lady it is hard to get dresses in my size. This was not the case at Bridal Bells I was worried I wouldnt have alot to choose from. I tried on a bunch of dresses they were all gorgeous and I ended up finding my dream dress there. I am so in love with it I cant wait to wear it. Those ladies are absolutely wonderful so sweet and kind never once did they lead me to think I wasnt walking out with a dress I loved. I cant recommend this store enough!!! Please if your going to get married head to this shop it is amazing beautiful dresses that arent ridiculously priced. Definitely unquie and not the same old tired dresses that everyone has woren like other bridal shops.

she has by far the biggest selection and sizes in plus size to try on. She also has regular sizes as well/ most salons in the area have what they consider plus samples 14s 16s but bridal bells has samples up to a 30 tons of diferent dresses and styles to choose from. owner is very friendly and not pushy at all she knows what looks good for your body type. her plus gowns are venus and morliee and a few other designers. she even carrys bridesmade and mother of the bride as well as viels accessories shoes etc. getting my dress from her. when i tried it on i knew it was my dress. a must place to get your gown especialy if you are plus size and want to be able to try lots of gowns most places in the area only have 2-4 gowns in bigger sizes

The owner and tailor are both super nice, accommodating, and talented women. I found them after a seriously disappointing Davids Bridal experience and man at these ladies ON IT! Always ready and waiting at my appointment times, theyre honest about how things look, and are very friendly. I dont think Ive ever spent more than 30 minutes in there, including when I picked it out in the first place! Fast, efficient, and they actually listen to you and what you want. They did all the alterations and rebeading and its perfect. I honestly cant think of a single negative to share here, it was an easy, pleasant experience from start to finish and somehow they were able to start within my small budget. Highly highly highly recommend.

My daughter & I went to Bridal Belles, looking for her wedding dress. I was amazed at the selection of bridal gowns as well as, Mother of the Bride gowns and dresses. It was a good experience for my daughter, trying on several gowns and the ladies were very kind and helpful. They gave suggestions to our questions and offered many useful tips. Later, we went back for our second visit with the Matron of Honor and had the same courtesy. I would recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for their gowns and wants excellent service & assistance.

Wonderful experience! The shop is small but the selection is quite extensive. I told the shop owner (Barbara) what I was looking for and she selected about 10 dresses for me to try on. All of them were gorgeous and I ended up finding THE ONE. Plus, when I wanted to add some additional designs, she was more than happy to accommodate my wishes. Absolutely wonderful experience and I recommend this shop to anyone! The prices were very reasonable as well. Looking forward to future business here!~

My sister (MOH), niece and I had a great time here. I am a difficult bride... I dont like a lot of fuss and yet, I want something elegant and beautiful for my special day. I am so thrilled with the selection of dresses in all sizes at Bridal Belles as well as the help of Barbara, who made expert suggestions that won the day. I would highly reccommend this shop for any bride who wants the best dress buying experience without the mass-production experience at certain national chain shops.
