I stopped into Ridgeline Bikes the other day for the first time. I was just at another local shop where I was treated quite poorly so I decided to stop by Ridgeline. I am glad that I made this decision. I got there about 5 minutes before they closed and Mike (the owner) did not rush me at all. In fact he engaged me in conversation and helped me resolve my problem. I just purchased a used bike from CL the other day and they had the best price around to have it fully tuned up and ride ready! They are always more than ready to answer question and find the best solution possible! I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for a rock solid customer service and awesome prices!

I will never ever shop anywhere else for a bike, nor go to anyone else for bike repairs. These guys are the best. Their motto? "Just be nice to people." And they are nice. So nice. Fixed my bike when I walked in the door. 2 bikes actually. Without an appointment, 45 minutes before closing, on a HOLIDAY WEEKEND. All with the "no worries" attitude they are known for. Their merchandise is of the highest quality, their knowledge of everything related to biking and bike equipment is tops. I cannot say enough - stop going wherever you go now and switch to RidgeLine bikes. Or, if you are new to the bike market, head over there for the beginning of what I know will be a great experience!
