BAIT AND SWITCH!!! I added a pair of Rossignol Experience 88 skis in 178 and a pair of Axial2 120 XL bindings to my cart. They were marked in stock, but when I looked at the cart it changed the skis to 186. I removed and re-added several times and each time it changed the size. I eventually gave up. Later that day Pat Moore sent me an email asking if there was a problem. I explained the issue and he told me that they were out of stock and so was Rossignol. He offered $50 off the get a pair of Experience 98 skis. I accepted the offer. I went to remove the skis and add the 98s. I paid and the skis were delivered within a few days. I received them and had them mounted. To my dismay, they had sent me a pair of Axial2 120 XXL instead of the XL that I added to the cart. The XXL bindings are far too big to be on my skis. I spoke with Pat Moore and he wanted to charge me $55 to get what I originally tried to order. I would have still purchased the skis, but if they were honest about there stock and not sending me something that I didnt want and shouldnt use I would have ordered the bindings elsewhere.

My brother and family visited us from Missouri for the holidays. Three kids had never skied before. We rented all ski equipment from Suburban sports. We walked in ( a party of 8 ) we were greeted and taken care of so professionally. The place was clean and organized. Each of us had to be measured and were all different ski levels. Every employee said hi. We rented for three days and of course extended it for five. The return was just as smooth. I cant say enough about the high quality, cleanliness, and hospitality of Suburban Sports. I highly recommend them and will be back!

Demoed a pair of Fischer RC4 Speed skis I liked and searched online to order them. Found Suburban had them at a great price. When I called to check on delivery I was told to order online and they would send them to me that afternoon via FedEx with delivery the next day to my ski area in New York. Which happened, in time for me to have the new skis and bindings mounted locally so I could ski that afternoon. Awesome service as promised by totally pleasant to deal with people.

We have had two more great experiences recently after this shop was recomended to us to get ski race gear in the summer. We normally shop for our kids race gear in VT but have found Suburban to be very knowledgebable. Along with great service we have get great pricing. Awesome shop. I bought my first really nice bike there (carbon-fiber Cannondale) and then they helped me find the perfect saddle, which took multiple tries. The staff is extremely knowledgable and they take the time to understand what you will be using your bikes/skis for, your ability and then offer appropriate recommendations. I wont shop anyplace else

Needed new boots and got great service. They steered me toward a lightly used pair that were right for my unusual foot and ankle size. Saved me money and got a great heat fitted boot! I will be back when I need new gear despite the half hour drive.

Mixed. I was doing a bike restoration. One day, I come in for some small parts, and they were able to sell me some used parts very cheaply. Excellent! The next day, different staff, I ask for a nut and they sell me a $24 head set. Awful!

Just had my bike tuned up the other day for 39.99, bike works great. These guys have more bikes than anywhere else that Ive been. The staff are very pleasant and knowledgeable and are genuinely interested in your skiing and riding needs.
