The week of 10/1/15 I was shopping at the 38th and Kipling CO location. At 845pm and I was one of 3 cars in the entire cart filled lot. When I returned to my car all the cart were organized and I had a huge cart dent on the drivers side of my EV vehicle!!! I immediately went inside and asked for a manager!! I then watched as the employee went to get her, and saw her in the middle of what looked like 5 other employees including her fighting about something. She came over and told me we have no cameras that see the lot and could not give me a straight answer about the person who gets the carts and did not even have me fill out an accident report!!! It was obviously the employee who got the carts who slammed into my car!! I called my husband who then called the manager I spoke with. She took our information )still no accident report) and said that she would have her boss call him the next morning. Morning came and went with no call. So my husband called again. That manager had no idea about the accident!!!! And assured my husband that the General manager was in the next day and he would be given the report and call. AGAIN NO CALL!!!!!! So I never even got an apology or any type of compensation and was lied to about management contacting us. There upper management doesnt even have enough integrity return a phone call. This shows how incompetent managnent is and why a cart employee cant fess up about crushing my car!!!!!! I will never support this company and tell everyone about how horrible this situation is. Spouts you need to rethink how you train your employees and make your management accountable.

I dont quite understand why so many people like shopping at Sprouts. The produce (which is a great portion of what they sell) just doesnt look that great to me and the prices tend to be higher than other grocery stores. The last time I went to the location on Kipling and 38th, I went in at 9:30 pm to avoid the crowds. There were 3-4 workers stocking, a couple of cashiers and half a dozen shoppers...perfect! Well, it was far from perfect. I picked up a couple of items from produce and was trying to bag up some nuts and chocolates from the bulk area. When I took a step back from the bin to see what else I wanted, one of the workers stepped right in front of me and started cleaning the bins with her towel and little duster/sweeper. I thought, ok, shes just doing her closing duties and wanting to get out of here since they close at 10pm. But after standing there for a good 5 minutes, she still wasnt finished. She didnt say one word to me either...no excuse me, no Im sorry Ill be done in a sec, no can I help you find something...she said NOTHING. As I stood there puzzled, I didnt want to cause a scene, so I left. I didnt purchase 1 single item.

I love that theres a Sprouts in the neighborhood. However, be it Sprouts or Safeway or Pep Boys, Im almost at the point where Im going to take a sharpie and write the price on every single item and have the cashier double check their number against mine upon checkout. 25% of the time I buy a whole bunch of stuff, something is mis scanned. Bulk Almonds, item number 6025, scans in at $8.99 per pound. It should be $4.99 per pound as listed on the bulk bin. Tyler, the manager confirmed this glitch and obviously made it right, but its such a bummer to have to drive back and go thru all that. How many people, today, (or for a week) accidentally paid that price? Corporate should do a quick audit and send me all that cash as an incentive to not let that happen. $20 / $50 / $500 - who knows but they have the technology to find out? Neighbors and friends, please dont make me be the only one who spot checks this stuff. This stuff only happens, because hundreds of customers have blind trust. Like Ronald Reagan said - trust but verify.

They treat their employees like crap they discriminate against single parents. Called corporate and 2 weeks later still no call back. They think its ok for employees to get treated like crap because some employees have ties to corporate and just tell you they cant do anything about it because certain employees cant be fired do to connections. They think it is ok to leave expired food on the floor for customers to buy and it is expired by a couple of weeks to a month. They think its ok for employees to take a 45 min 15 break to go smoke weed. I dont think smoking at work is ok. They suck and I will never shop there again.

So sprouts advertises themselves as "Vegetarian" friendly. I was in a few days ago and made a purchase from the deli. Two meat orders for my carnivore hubby and a cheese order for my vegetarian daughter. Needless to say my little ones cheese had ham reminates on it. This is unacceptable! Even king soopers has contamination protocal, but obviously they are incapable of that level of customer satisfaction! Who wants lord only knows what kind of meat in their cheese. I question the faith I once had in this company. I will only purchase my fresh veggies here and go elsewhere for my other needs.

Dont know the managers name, she has very short hair but I was there on 7/31 needing to do a return and the poor cashier had to call for help over the speaker several times. After taking forever to get to the register, she was so rude to the cashier needling her approval and she was extremely rude to me. Never looked or spoke a word to me and just kept sighing over and over. Practically threw my money back at me. Horrible rude person. Never returning there again. Very unfortunate.

I love this place! Its cheaper and friendlier than Whole Foods and the quality of there produce is excellent! The only thing, and I really shouldnt complain but I wish their seafood selection was a little bigger. I have found myself going elsewhere when I couldnt find the particular fish or mollusk I was looking for. Everything else is awesome, the deli, butcher, bakery, and produce all top notch.

The gluten free options were incredible however it was a bit difficult to move your cart around because the display tables were so close together and there were quite a few people with carts. If you decide to go, I would recommend a basket if you dont have a lot to get. Also the deals on non-organic food were very good. 8 ears of corn for $1!

Great selection of beauty and bath products! Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable staff; was asked by more than several associates if I needed help. Good recommendations and awesome prices with the promos! Beats Amazon. High quality, fresh, all natural meats, and again at great prices with promos! Will definitely be shopping here more often!

Cashier was completely unfriendly and uninviting. I had to initiate a hello from her, which she gave a surprised hello back, as though she didnt realize a conversation was normal. I noticed an item missing upon arriving home, but didnt bother going back to fix the issue, due to my unpleasant experience.
