Generous with 2 stars bc this seems to be the only parking lot in the metro area you arent scouring for spots. No more stars bc their phone etiquette is appalling. Ive called the store a few times to ask about items to see if they are available so I dont drive all the way over there. Today I called several times and I couldnt understand what the guy said when he answered the phone and asked if it was Whole Foods, he said hold on and then put the phone down and I could hear people yelling and moving things. I thought for sure I called the wrong place. Again I called and instead of answering as Whole Foods, he answered with "can you hold"! WTF. Am I still dialing the wrong place bc I wasnt placed on hold but again could hear everything on the other end. Called a third time and the product that I buy there in a specific flavor was what I was asking about. He said he didnt even know if we carried that brand. I assured him the did and I just wanted the flavor so did they have it in stock (only three stores in the area carry it). He clearly didnt want to have to do any work so he sorta argued with me that he wasnt sure. Headed to Natural Grocer across town equally as far and slightly more per case but totally worth their great customer service. Ive supported WF for years and years and with all the other options now Im finally opting out of their chain for good. This was just the icing on the cake. Say goodbye to me and my business which have both spent probably tens of thousands of dollars with this company over the last decade.

Our family are frequent shoppers and absolutely LOVE this store! We go at least twice a week since opening day and we have absolutely no complaints. I honestly feel like they treat us like family. Many employees know us by name, give free samples, and weve never waited in line more than a few minutes at the most. We were Sprouts fans, but the prices are no different and sometimes more expensive. WFM offers more of a variety of foods than Sprouts, so were pretty loyal to them. I want to give a shout out to Tutt. Hes one of the hardest working employees, very personable, and one of our faves! Mike, what a genuine and respectable guy! Our son connected with him because he recently received a hearing aid. He absolutely adores Mike and I cant thank him enough for all his kindness and help. Linda, shes a hard working woman who is very efficient at the register. Her son and my son have similar conditions and she took the time to discuss a difficult topic while continuing to work with enthusiasm. Thank you, Whole Foods Market for providing us a healthy place to shop and employing people who really care!

Well, I went to this store for the 3rd time today. Unfortunately I was disappointed again. They tried to shove all my hot and cold (frozen and dairy products) together. Even after I asked them not to. So my hot sandwich was cold when we got home and the frozen tuna was starting to defrost. Not cool. Also, the last time I came here I used the mothers room to feed and change the baby. It was very dirty but I chalked it up to being a new store. Sadly, today it was even dirtier. Like, actual chunks of dirt, spilled liquid, absolutely filthy. And we visited in the morning so its not like people used it all day. Yuck. Ill probably return but reluctantly and I wont be purchasing deli or hot items nor will I bring my children as an outing. Bummer.

Went in a few nights ago around closing time and had the best shopping experience Ive had in my entire life. Richie the butcher, and Deborah at the checkout were just amazing people. Richie helped me pick out some awesome new bacon flavors and gave me great meat selections. Deborah kept me quite entertained at the checkout and even went above and beyond to help me to my car with the groceries regardless of the fact that Im young and capable. I always have had a great experience at this Whole Foods, but its especially nice when you go into a store around closing time and the employees are still as energetic and helpful giving you that ultimate customer experience. Thanks Whole Foods Westminster, Ill definitely keep coming back!

This was the worst story I have ever shopped at! People are selective on who they talk to as far as customers. I walked by 8 different employees of the store and not once was I asked are you finding everything okay the people handing out samples didnt even look at me and didnt ask if I wanted to try any of the samples stuff. Prices are outrageous! I was very glad when I went over to Sprouts and had a much better experience. I will be writing a review on Sprouts is and letting them know how awesome of an experience it was to shop there. Shame on you Whole Foods for not having a better customer service, I work in retail as well and never again will I accept bad customer service.

I stop by every other day for energy drinks, I want to grab a bite to eat but the pizzas are so old and dry if it falls on the ground itll shutter into many pieces. And the employee says I can warm it up for you itll be a bit better. I rather you be helpful and listen to what I need then give me the fake smile and "Im sorry. Employees please understand when you make the fresh food you dont have to pay for it from your own pocket and Im 99% sure Whole Foods doesnt mind it. Please dont be lazy!!!!! 85% of employees here need to be send to the Whole Foods in Boulder for training. Some one better acknowledge and fix this problem before I take it to higher levels.

I wish I could go 3.5 stars. Its a pricier place as noted by its "Whole Paycheck" nickname. Not near as expensive as Natural Grocers (vitamin cottage) and many of the same products. I have a few things that I get at Whole Foods but I do not do all of my shopping there. Its great that they have a salad bar and the deli sandwiches are awesome. People are for the most part friendly and helpful but there are a few that are a little uppity. Its fun to people watch here as the mix of Boulder wannabes and the 30 year old living in the parents basement that are coming in from the gym is almost as entertaining as Walmart on a Saturday morning.

Its Whole Foods, you like everything but the prices. The staff are extremely helpful, if you ask. They seem to enjoy their own company to the exclusion of customers. The fruits and veggies are top notch. I have had the best pineapples and mandarin oranges. The meats and seafoods are great, again, top notch. The best service I have found is the $9 meal at the deli counter. My spouse and I can both have our fill with a delicious, nutritious meal. Really, delicious and very nutritious.

This one has a juice bar that can do some amazing things! Went to get the regular carrot juice order and they informed me they were out of carrots in the back but would just get some from produce. The guy came back with a bag and started throwing the carrots in the blender without washing them. I didnt think anything of it until my stomach started hurting. I would expect Whole Foods to think of washing their organic produce before juicing it for customers.
