Went there Friday night with my wife, both of us had worked all day and were starving. My wife was really looking forward to trying them for the 1st time. I had been there once before. When we walked in we were told we couldnt get anything because they were closed. I looked at my watch and it was 6:03, apparently they closed at 6 (on Friday night?). Heres the thing, we only wanted food to go so its not like we were going to be there more than 2 mins. Besides, there was somebody sitting and eating anyway. The girl at the register should have locked the doors. 3 mins, really? All she had to do was cash us out. Its not like they have to turn on any kitchen equipment since all the food is in a cooler along one wall so what was the issue? What terrible customer service. Wont bother returning.

It is difficult to produce food that is totally clean and 100% healthy, free of fats and sugars, that tastes good....and they knock it out of the park! Everything tastes amazing! Always consistent, and the convenience concept is brilliant. Since inception, I eat it at least 5 times per week...sometimes more than 10. I cannot cook the same thing myself for any lower cost as well, making this a total win!! By the way... Ive lost over 40 lbs as a direct result of 75% of my meals coming from ready fit go. Need I say more?

This is PERFECT for staff lunch during training. I either let them choose from the menu or order a large catering sized dish ahead of time. Last week we did the Chicken salad and everyone was asking where we got it from. Sometimes I grab a meal on my way home when I know I am too hungry to shop for groceries (lets be real this is how the bad stuff jumps in my cart) and its one of the VERY few places I can get take out that my picky boyfriend actually likes!

Flavors are basic and sometimes bland. Also, the quality seems basic. Only reason it got 2 stars is because of the simplicity of having the pre-portioned meals. Also, no vegan dishes. Needs to improve before I ever go back, or Ill get lazy and just buy a small bundle again and season it myself.

Usually like this place fresh good. Issue today was with the hours listed on the website. Shows open Sunday until 8. Drove all the way from Aurora. Got there at 7:15. Already closed. Door hours show close at 7. Please update your hours on site. Waste of time and gas.

I think a lot of mediocre reviews are people not " getting it." Customer service issues are valid, but I always have great service. This is food a normal person should eat to be healthy. Bomb in my humble opinion!

Great way to have a weight watchers friendly portion that tastes good too. Love their selection and freshness dates on everything.
