I have been a loyal King Soopers customer for over 25 years, however the quality of service through out Colorado has gone down significantly in the last few years. Last time I was in, I bagged my own items (not the first time) but when the cashier was done ringing items in she stood and watched me bagged my own items. Im thinking she shouldve jumped in to help. Today was the final issue - while my trip was not the worst I have had. I waiting at the deli by the hot items, the lady working that area was loading chickens in the oven. When the cold side was finishing up, she asked if she could help. Her co-worked was very snooty and made sure I was aware she was annoyed at helping me. Sorry you had to do your job and help a customer. Remember without us annoying customers there is no need for her! From now on I will going to Sprouts and if I have to Safeway.

The store itself is in fair condition, they usually have things stocked when you need them but I cant get over how terrible the service was. As I was checking out I noticed there werent enough people for bagging groceries, I did notice that there were a few people from Management sitting at the end of the registers just having conversation with each other not caring that I needed help bagging my groceries. I was very upset because I dont think that they should have special treatment. They too need to work for their money. It wouldnt hurt for them to help a customer that is spending their money in their store. There was a woman in management named Cindy that was very rude.. she had just yelled at a few employees for not doing their job and there she was being a hypocrite...I will not go back to that store anymore. That one person was very disrespectful.

This location has a much nicer deli area than a lot of grocery stores in the area (though I think theyre starting to use this model at other King Soopers stores now). We do most of our grocery shopping here. We still supplement with Trader Joes for quick and healthy family dinners, and Costco for stuff we can save on in bulk, but this King Soopers has really increased their selection of affordable natural and organic options, so we dont find ourselves shopping at places like Whole Foods, Vitamin Cottage or Sprouts much these days. Weve heard rumors that this store may get a gas station at some point, which we definitely hope is true. Thats one thing noticeably lacking here, and there arent too many gas stations nearby, let alone a convenient way to redeem our Sooper Card fuel points.

Went on A Saturday night around 830, Memorial Day weekend... out of jalapeños which I bought everything to make a dip..finally went to check out with about 200 dollars worth of stuff. They only had one check out and called up 2 more people to check which were going slower than a snail. So I waited for a little while with several other guests and decided to go to self check out. That was a nightmare. Would have been fine but the scanner seemed to be off and every other item wouldnt scan... plus the self check out attendant was very rude and mute, his name was Russell and didnt seem to care to help me or even talk when I asked him a question. Checked out with over $200 and will take my business elsewhere as King Soopers continues to disappoint, they lack customer service.

Mary, Manager of the Deli and her team provided me with outstanding customer service for a purchase I made for work (dinner for 80 people). Mary advised me as to the least expensive and most efficient way to purchase food for this group. She was courteous, friendly, and easy to work with over the phone. The order was ready when I arrived and packaged to stay hot/cold and to serve people buffet style most efficiently. The cost of the meal was exceptional, it was much less than what we would have paid for restaurant catering. The one drawback is that they do not cater; everything else considered, the service and products were exceptional.

We like to use the self checkout, but the people that work it are horrible. They are either in your face and personal space when you dont need anything, but the when machine says attendant needs to assist, you have to flag them down and if you dont you probably wont get helped. Today the guy that was attending the self checkout was complaining about it. I would go through the regular checkouts, but I watched a checker blow his nose while waiting for people to come to his line and I prefer not to have someones snot all over all if my food. The customer service at this king soopers very bad!

Never had too much of an issue here except for the bakery. I was going to order a cake for my sons first birthday and the girl with glasses acted like it was her personal burden to help me out with it. I pitched her my idea for the cake and she flat out told me it would not be possible due to copy right issues when it was only going to be a picture of a uno card on the cake. I decided to just go to a different kings and they were able to do it no problem. Definitely do not not go to this bakery.

Lovely experience while visiting from out of town thanks to Jon B, who was working the self-checkout kiosk on the night of July 13th. He noticed that we didnt scan a loyalty card amd asked if we had a card from our local Kroger store. When we said yes, he scanned it against our receipt and offered to give us a refund for the amount we would have saved! So impressed by his excellent customer service. Well be shopping here for the duration of our stay :)

The new remodel is a success! They added a ton of homeopathic and natural selections to their inventory. I work mostly nights and normally getting the call from my husband that either he or our daughter has a bad cold, ear ache, flu means little sleep for me since I would have to get up at the crack of dawn to be at natural Grocers or Whole Foods when they open. At last! I can get (most) of my natural remedies at 1 or 2 or even 4 in the morning!

This location is one of the bigger King Soopers that Ive shopped at. Because of the larger size, they have a wider selection of items to choose from. This seems to be a much busier location compared to other Kings but they are staffed for it and are able to get you in and out. I find that due to the volume of business, the produce is fresher and all around better. Also, this is one of the few locations that are still open 24 hours.

This is a nice big store, however, had we not been paying attention we would have been way over charged from Deli!! They even had the wrong item. We bough fried chicken & were being charged for fruit salad. When we noticed this & brought it up to cashier, they mentioned the deli has a history of bad customer service. Its not our job to make sure you are doing your job!
