Hi there everyone, first I have to say most of the people and my experiences at King Soopers are positive. I dont particularly like posting anything negative. With that being said, I get so frustrated with the deli, at all their stores. Ive never come across such a wide variety of workers who hate their jobs! And it shows. Do they need more help, more pay? What is the problem? I actually get a knot in my stomach if I know I want to stop at the deli. I was there on Monday, July 17, 2017, about 12:30pm. It was myself and 2 other ladies waiting to be served. No one even acknowledges our precense for at least a minute and a half. Then a girl helps the first lady. Meanwhile me and the other lady are standing there. There are people behind the counter working, people stocking cheese, even the store manager walks by with a clipboard and talks to a clerk putting chickens in the roasting oven! Not a word to the lady and myself. The next lady left. I waited another minute and a half and also left. I was going to spend $20.00 in lunch meat and cheese, for workers at my house. Guess what? Bought packaged luchmeat at the meat section. Just imagine how many sales youre losing. Imagine how much more money you could be making of anyone cared. I get really sick of hearing the customer always comes first, really? Its a lost concept everywhere. So sad! Especially when corporations are only driven by money. You want us to believe its about customers, but thats a gimmick. Ill still be at your store at least 5 times a week, but Ill start frequenting the mom and pop Dells in town. I was there earlier this afternoon with my children. There was a "manager" by the name of Patty. I put the term manager in quotations because she was everything but. She was very short, snappy and rude to other employees on the floor. She was rude enough that my two year old covered his ears, begging me to "make it stop, mommy." I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on, especially if this is how management treats other employees. Unbelievable!!!

This is a great King Soopers. The produce is usually fresh and tasty. They have a good meat selection. I enjoy the 2 piece dark chicken meal from the deli for only $3.49. They have a good selection of other items as well. My only negatives are that it is often crowded here and there was tricky price labeling on a produce item that would not have worked out in my favor of I wasnt paying attention at the register.

Decent clean store, just buy your produce and fruit elsewhere. This store must be on the end of the line, their produce and fruit has dropped in quality massively over the past couple years. We have used this location for over a decade, but the produce quality has dropped severely, so we have just gone elsewhere.

The only KingSoopers in the Littleton/Lakewood/Golden area that can keep the store stocked. I see them stock every morning. I can always rely on this store to have what I want. Such as my Kombucha I love. They ALWAYS have it. I have been to the other nearby stores and its always out of stock.

Im sure the food is fine and the staff is friendly, but I went to pick up a sympathy card. Out of a full aisle of cards, they only had four to choose from. Kind of frustrating when a store has a row of cards that say things like "You, me...sexy time" but almost nothing for when someone dies.

The staff has always been so friendly and personal there. Andrea is awesome! There were a lot of great closeout deals and sale prices today, but I cant give this experience 5 stars because out of the 10 or so packages of strawberries I looked at, all of them were rotting and/or moldy.

As King Soopers go, it gets the job done. One notable thing about this King Soopers is it is practically the only place in Golden open 24 hours each day. They occasionally have stocking issues in my experience.
