I was in the express line. One person in front of me. it took over 15 minutes to help the one person. The cashier kept talking to all of the other employees about irrelevant things and having a great time... sitting around talking and getting paid. I was not getting paid. I did not want to spend all day there. I walked out and left my item on the conveyor belt. I wont shop here again. I believe this is managements fault for not watching their front end. I tried to call the store to speak with them about my experience and was hung up on during the "transfer" 3 times. Then I called the corporate office for safeway albertsons and was on hold for over 10 min then hung up. Now I am spending time here relating my experiences. IF YOU READ THIS AND VALUE YOUR TIME DO NOT SUPPORT THIS ATROCIOUS STORE. Good thing Im not diabetic, I probably would have died waiting.....

I go there all the time. They have great sales and the employees are helpful. The other day they were out of a lot of the items that were in that weeks ad. They let me substitute for other brands and still gave the sale price. Very accommodating. If something is not on the shelf they usually go in the back and find it for you, substitute, or give you a rain check so you can still get that price when they restock. There are checkers that have been there since it was Albertsons, they are friendly, nice to talk to, and make you feel comfortable at check out. Most of the time if you do the mix and match from the ads you can get items less expensive than the big chain stores. I enjoy shopping there and would recommend it to anyone.

Best pharmacy and pharmacy staff in Colorado. Truly a team of people who care about their guests and go the extra mile to provide excellent customer service and does everything they can to get your medications filled quickly and correctly. More than one time I have had a challenging medication and each time they have gone to bat for me whether it be for insurance authorization, rebate authorization, or being sure they stock an unusual medication that I just started taking and will have to fill monthly. Eti, Dave, and Mitch genuinely make that pharmacy the best one to go to. The store was recently rennovated when transitioned from Albertsons/Save-On to Safeway and looks beautiful as well.

Then got followed out by security, secretly because i shopped around the store and could find what I had went there for!!(mothers day outside flowers) Unacceptable!! I stop shopping there months before, because of their molding produce and with many calls to upper management and still they were serving molding produce... Now this! My guess it wont be long before they close this location!!!!! !!! Tooooo much Horrabble customer service!!!!

I frequently loiter your store. Im no fan though all the free samples are cool. Lady in the bakery hooks it up with the munchies but fix your damn water fountain. Every time I come in expecting to grab a nice cold drink in your water fountain (with my friend) we can never drink at the same time because as one is running the other will not. Oh! and your bathrooms smell like vinegar and tar. I also have found a woman passed out in the large stall once before, smiling odd enough. Otherwise, keep up the free samples.

Went to this store for the first and the last time yesterday. The store is currently transitioning over to new branding for Safeway and their advertised prices in the store did not accurately reflect what the items actually cost at check out. The seafood market that they have a great reputation for sold me dry, old, previously frozen salmon. Bought some chicken and pork during this trip and am holding my breath regarding their quality. Dont recommend this store, stick to Sprouts and King Soopers.

The store is disgusting. I had to walk into the backroom to grab an item an associate was getting for me, and I saw a dead mouse on the floor and the backroom smelled horrible. There were mouse droppings all over the floor and there was a bunch of their product spilled and broken all over the place. I dont even know how this place can still be allowed to stay open. I wont shop here just because Im afraid Ill get something dirty or contaminated by the state of their backroom.

~Starbucks im truly disappointed with the customer service that I received today the baristas were more worried about getting off work than providing nice service. My drinks tasted horrible because the barista didnt measure things correctly and they were out of drink carriers and other things to make my drink correctly... Figure it out Starbucks. Ill go down the street from now on for sure.

EVERY time I decide to get my meat here, I get it home and it smells rotten. EVERY. TIME. I have to take more time out of my day to return what shouldnt have been out on the shelf anyways. So why do I keep going back? The price. Which I have finally learned that theyre over-pricing expired meat. This is not ok. Learned my lesson and will never shop here again.

This store is far away from me, but worth the trip; AFAIK, they are the only carrier of Sugardale Bacon, which is the most amazing bacon Ive ever had! Not to mention their meat department always has great deals. Friendly staff, easy checkout with little waiting in lines (even on weekends) and just an overall go-to for value!

Albertsons had a rough time transitioning to Safeway but there have been some good things about it. The new Starbucks is nice and I really like the upgrades to the deli. Some of their store brand stuff is great quality at a good price. But their staff definitely lacks in customer relations and general customer service.

An insult to intelligence! Their 2 lb bags of shrimp are normally $13. They hiked the price to $29.99 for one bag and say if you buy one, you get one free. They not only think we are stupid, they are trying to rip us off an extra $4. Theyve done the same thing in the past with ribs. The manager should be FIRED!

I drove several miles out of my way to buy a roast and steak hoping that this Safeway still had the high quality beef that the defunct Albertsons did. I was not disappointed the Ribeye that was on sale for $6.99 a pound was delicious. I cant give Safeway 5 stars because their bakery and prices are not as good.

Now that its Safeway its slower it seems. Too few checkers and very few lines even open. Used to be a five star store now its a three star store at best. Best deals of any grocery store in town. If you dont shop here you are missing out big time. Weekly steals every week and amazing coupons in their fliers.

I wanted to talk to someone about a birthday cake. While the employees were talking to each other about one of them being late & the other one had to be called in I started looking at the cake book thinking that one of them would come over. Neither one did. But when we checked out the cashier was very nice.
