Im new from OKC and was strapped for cash for basic needs as I await my first check next week. So I went in today and had a great interaction with the two gentlemen that helped me with my Samsung Smart TV. Gave me a much larger loan amount than I expected for it. Although, I didnt walk out with the max, just because I plan on returning shortly for the TV. Mind you, they provided an excellent experience even as I walked in at 6:45 PM. 15 minutes until their closing time. Didnt complain or show any disdain at all. Rock on dudes.

Was tricked into driving across town to visit this pawn shop by a fake Craigslist ad. Was told by the one of the employees that they have nothing to do with the fake Craigslist posts. However, he was more than willing to show me something else he had on hand. @3xs the price. Sorry to inform the EZPawn, but this is the classic scam called, "Bait & Switch", and its illegal. Pull this on the wrong person and its going to end up as a lawsuit.

I took my laptop in for a loan and thinking they would give me a grace period to take it out...they said I lost it exactly 30 days from the time it was pawned. Screw this place..if youre not aware of it... Fast Cash gives you an additional 30 days on top of 30 to get your item(s) back. I lost my laptop because I was under the impression I had at least a few days to get it out. This place sucks! Rip off.

One lady was absolutely rude to my husband over a silly Blu-Ray DVD player. She told the other girl at the counter to not give him anymore than she already priced in a very snotty tone. She then proceeded to irritatingly/angrily tossed the sale papers on the counter. Definitely lost our business due to her lack of customer service and display of attitude. If you have a bad day, stay home!

I called this store and confirmed they wanted what I had only to be told after walking for ever to get there was "We never said we wanted that item, nothing I can do." Rude and slow customer service, I ended up walking a couple blocks more to get to the fast cash down the street and they have Amazing! customer service and very polite employees

The older lady in her early 50s has probably lost so much money for this place. Denise maybe? Everytime ive seen a transaction she is leading, she is always wrong and sends good products out the door because shes "confused" or "doesnt know anything about it". Management needs to fire her. She does not belong in retail or pawn. Its cringing.

prices are really cheap BUT customer service is absolutely horrible!! This is the issue at all the locations. If you want inexpensive prices, and long wait times, then crappy is service might be worth it. If your not into either of those then other more expensive pawn shops might be what your looking for.

The people that work at this place have poor customer service skills. They look like they hate their jobs. Literally only one person is at the front helping a line of customers. Not only that they are very uneducated about apple products. Please train your staff!!!

Worst customer service I have had at any pawn shop! I brought in an expensive collectible point and shoot camera thats has a resale rate up to $200 and the dude gives it one glance and say no one wants this you wont be able to sell it and looks away! Dont go there

the guy was a punk ..tried to sell me a tool chest for 2,500$ and then wanted to buy my 100$ worth of tools for 8$ and my tools are worth 160$ or more.....what a bunch of assholes and over priced junk and most of it is stolen...so yeah nice pawn shop punk....

The people that work here are pure garbage and dont know how to interact with human beings on any normal business level. If you hate your job get a new one simple.
