Terrible. The new management here no longer negotiates in good faith. If you are not knowledgeable about the value of your products you will get screwed here. I went in to look for an Xbox one. They had one with the kinect for 299.99, and then tried to sell me one without the kinect for the same price, even though I told him you can get a new one for that price. Then I tried to negotiate for a computer. I brought my brand new computer in with me. I saw an older version of my computer, but with a slightly better graphics card for 399. I showed him the value of my computer online at 469 was the cheapest available price, and he offered me only 125. Thats insane. I have given this place a lot of business, but no more. there are plenty of pawn shops in the Denver metro area, DO NOT GO TO THIS ONE. if your desperate find any other one. This place will rip you off if you dont know what your doing.

I am a broke college student and was in desperate need for some quick cash. I happened to try this pawn shop out twice, and both times they lied to me over the phone about how much my items were worth in order to get me down there. This wouldnt have bothered me if they didnt over-quote me by at least 20 dollars both times! They were also very rude and talked to me as if i were lying to them about how much they quoted. If your going to pawn some stuff off, go to Super Pawn right off of 72nd and Pecos. One guy owns it, who always gives fair prices with a fair estimate of how much youll get over the phone, if you like to shop around.

Worse pawn shop ever numerous times I have been screwed over first time I took in my 3gen Xbox 360 with 250GB hard drive and HDMI hook up was offered $30 the hard drive alone is worth that later on I called and asked how much Xbox 360 games go for I was told up-to $5 each I arrived with 3 games all in the newer class none of them older then 2014 was offered $2 each I also had a Roku 2 new at the store $45 was offered $10. The people that work here are scamers the manager is nice but has no control of his workers also way over priced on selling things they had a old cored phone with no cord for $100 wtf...

This place offered us a deal on our van. The manager did a mini appraisal on the van. Offered us $500-$600 on the van. The manager kept giving us the runaround. Came back three days in a row to get paperwork straight to do the title loan properly. On the 3rd day, the manager refused to give us the offer. Like what kind of inconsiderate, unprofessionalism is this? DO NOT GO HERE!!! (UPDATE): Jumping Jack Cash headed south on Wadsworth offered us the same amount with much less steps required. They worked with us and we are truly grateful. :-)

I took a pair of Oakleys in this pawn shop brand new ...there was a girl in there that was helping me that was miss treating my 150 Dollar pair of sunglasses ....she was bouncing them up an down on the table then she stuck a magnet to one of my lens an put a deep scratch on them then she had a nerve to offer me 5 bucks for them an said there was a scratches on them never again will I go back

Got one good deal here. Other than that its a small store with a mediocre selection of stuff... Learn what people want. No one wants off brand and cheap tools. No one wants to buy a used TV for $20 under new prices... The third time in the store will most likely be the last.

Dont go here I took my Harman kardon with packaging wireless speaker that they still sell at best buy for $300 and they wanted to give me $30 for it I didnt even want to sell it just wanted a loan of $80 good for nothing scammers!!

Offered me $170 for everything, until they found out I was selling and not pawning it for a loan. Then they offered me $110... Refused to negotiate and overall seemed like a bad place. Would never go back.
