I went today 6/3/16 to try to get a Loan .. So I went inn the store & asked if I could apply for a Loan so she right away with a very good attitude very polite one the girls called another girl so she can help me so then the other girl came & assisted me with feeling out the application while she looked over my paper work so right away she ran the paper work & I Qualified for the Loan right away she was very nice and polite very professional that I even bought a Drill for my personal tools so with all set & done I want to thank the employees and management for the amazing Help & courtesy .. I really would recommend anyone whos looking for a Loan or even to buy tools more to go to this store in 5300 Sheridan Street !!

This place used to be a real reasonable place to go to for pawn loans. Now this places sucks! Ever since they switched owners or were bought out. I went there the other day and was treated very rudely and they dont give you the same amount of money as they used too. You used to be able to use a card to pay to extend a loan, now its all cash! This was a go to place for when I needed money, but I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Karen and the girls give nothing short of 100 percent in customer service and they listen to peoples opinions Im always happy when I go into the store and I smile when I walk in and leave with one they are in a pretty bad part of town and with the excellent service they deserve a better area of Arvada

The people have , but no clue what a computer is and are not very knowledgeable with tech. If youre trying to sell anything that needs power going into it, dont try here. Dont bother calling either, i was put on hold for like 5 minutes then i was hung up on. Had to call back twice.

I have been doing business with Mr Money for several years. In the beginning everyone was straight up, As of late they had been a little sketchy. I still go in to shop occasionally I just dont pawn with them at present.

Store smells like dirty diapers...Everything is OVERPRICED, and it is ALL JUNK. Manager is a KNOW NOTHING CLOWN!! Dont waste your time!!
