Horrible store. Completly disrespected. I do business quite often w ez pawn and am considering never again after today. I was treated rudely by an employee and snubbed by the manager. Even w all the info and my history right in front of him on the computer he would not honor the deals ive been getting for years. Then had the nerve to offer me 20% of what the store i frequent does(72nd&pecos.. great store btw).. then when i tried to explain he suggested i go to fast cash. Bein sunday and in a bind ,i did. I think i will keep takin my biz to them.

Ive been shopping at this EZPAWN location for 8 years now. I really appreciate all of their hard work and their customer service even when the store is crowded, which is very often! This is where Ive bought all of my electronics for years now, and of course, tons of movies! Recently I purchased a computer that did not work when I got it home and I returned it and received a store credit. I just used that credit towards an even nicer computer! Thanks again everyone. :)

The lady that my family memeber was working with wasnt nice at all! We asked questions and she rudely said that she was only talking to the account holder. But she wasnt answering the questions he had! She also kept saying that we were selling when we werent and kept saying we were just pawning! I think her name was Gloria, I think you guys needs to teach your employees to be a lot nicer to the customers when they have questions!

The first time visiting I was greeted timely, and serviced promptly. Entire staff seemed happy and friendly. Manager on shift went above and beyond to to accommodate my load needs. The second visit I was remembered, and since i built good trust they "ushered" me right on through in confidence, which really built the foundation of my trust and loyalty!!

I definitely would recommend people I know not to come to this place when you pond or sell something let me add I worked here they give you the lowest they can and rip you off people here where rude and I left this place and till this day they havent payed me what I worked very unprofessional dont come here.... If I could give no stars I would.

They will rip you off. I call on the phone and ask if they buy new shoes and clothing then after making a trip there they say we dont take clothing. They also offer 60 dollars for a 1300 dollar pistol. And The employee working at the gun counter just stands around eating a box of candy while talking to customers. How extremely unprofessional.

The only reason Im putting one star is because I have to. The employees are extremely rude. They help the customers they want to and skip over the ones they dont. When I finally was helped the girl kept giving my daughter dirty looks and she was in arms the entire time she wasnt crying or anything

Not impressed at all. I called to find out if they had a particular item and how much they were selling it for and instead of asking me to hold or offering to help me, he said "well, theyre across the store and Im with someone." Kind of rude about it. Guess my business wasnt that important.

They never have anything Im looking for, and the rare times Ive tried to sell things theyve went out of their way to rip me off. I know they have to make a profit but come on, Im not just going to give you my stuff. Ive walked out on them many of times. Now I dont even go there.

Bad service on the gun department the guy was rude. I was there waiting for him to finish when he says what do you want i sed i need to see a pistol and in a rude way he replys you got to wait for me to finish. Rude personal i was in seconds to flip out but its not worth it

A pawn shop that wouldnt negotiate off of their original asking price? I am completely baffled at this behavior. No problem, I dont want to be gouged, CASH is King and I will take mine to an establishment who cares about their loyal customers.

Used to shop there all the time. went in one day and asked about an iPad in the case. Customer service lady lied to me and said it was an iPad 1 and then bought it herself cause it was such a good price. Bad service

Bought iphone. Turns out it was still under contract and it didnt work. Couldnt return because the iphone and receipt was completely diffirent from imei to Color of phone. DO NOT GO THIS PLACE IS A SCAM

This place has a Horibble car audio subwoofer selection bunch of old subs and boxes from the 90s i guess.
