If I could give this review 0 stars I would, in fact stars shouldnt be used as the symbol to rate a place that I would never return to. This place is a joke! First off, the apparel section is skimpy, if that. Second there was not a soul on the floor including employees nor customers, god forbid you have a question or even want to buy anything. But luckily for us we made our way to the back of the store to buy ski passes, where we were able to find some store employees huddle. The luck doesnt just stop there, we should have known better than to ask the employees to do their job and take our money for ski passes, the customer service or lack there of, was horrendous. The guy we asked to help us passed us along to another employee, while he sat on his ass next to him just to spectate. As we got our pictures taken for the passes he had the audacity to laugh at my picture as it being taken, granted its not the most flattering, but professionalism or decency obviously isnt within this mans genetic makeup. I will never return to this store or any Christy Sports again, if I choose to ski any of the mountains they work with, I would rather pay the extra money for lift tickets the day of.

We went in a little late on a Saturday for skiing on Sunday to rent. I told the man who was working there MANY times that the boots were too tight. He INSISTED that they were fine and that I was just not familiar with how ski boots are supposed to fit. One thing I DO know is that my feet shouldnt fall asleep when Im wearing them and that I shouldnt have to take my socks off after the first run so that Im not completely miserable the rest of the day. I had to cut my day short due to the discomfort in my feet. Im not a novice skier and had no issues getting fitted at the area the few times I have been this season. I asked for a wider boot but was told that I couldnt wear the boys sizes as they were made for smaller people. Im 52". How much smaller do I need to be? Ill not use them again even though they are closer and cheaper. They cost me half a day lift ticket so in the end it wasnt worth it.

I have to bost of the service my family recieved from Jon Zinanti. My 13 year old girl has set out to collect stickers of multiple brand name ski and mountain bike equipment companies. She (Miya) has sent many letters telling her story of her passion for both sports and the equipment that she either already uses or wishes to. After multiple companies responded with stickers that we are so greatful for. Jon took time to send a personal letter accompanied by Christy Sport stickers, encouraging her to continue her quest for stickers and to Shred On! It was sure awsome to see someone take time to make a difference by showing sincere Kindness! We have never purchased from this company but you can bet they have our business for our future! You dont find this type of person everyday! Thank You Jon Zinanti! You can bet those stickers will shred the Great White North! Kyle Johnson

I called ahead to check stock for a new set of skis. The helpful front desk staff put a quick hold on them with no hassle. Upon arrival I was promptly greeted taken to my skis and Tim, the store manager, personally went through options for bindings. Their stock of boots and skis was great, in fact, they were the only place I could find the Rossignol Soul 7s in stock. I forgot my ski socks for trying stuff on, the store manager was awesome and comped me a pair. Tim had an excellent knowledge of their stock and found the perfect set of boots for my wide feet. After a custom fit, he finished up my skis while I waited. All in all, I had an excellent experience and would recommend Christys, especially this location, and Tim, to anyone.

I rented a demo package of the K2 Pinnacle skis. We called ahead to find the best time to show up to arrange the demo rentals. All went just fine - quick and efficient service. I had a good time trying out these skis. Returning them was as easy as it can be. My only comment was that I dont think the skis were waxed, or if they were, the wax was really poor as the skis didnt glide very well. The bottom of the one of the skis was a bit marred and could have used to be fixed. Maybe Im expecting too much of rental skis; I dont know. But other than that the experience was very positive and I would rent another demo from the store again.

After using them for the last two years for season rentals I was hoping for the same quick, accommodating service Ive had in the past. This year when I went to for my usual season rental they told me I had to use their standard package for the season and I could not do a performance package like in the past. I was told by the unfriendly hipster behind the counter that the equipment I used last season was only available for daily rentals this year. I went to Happy Sport near Kipling and Chatfield and they were most accommodating. Its too bad that my experience with Christy Sports went from pretty darn good to pretty darn bad in one visit.

The repair center is a complete joke. All I needed was a stone grind but he insisted that I need to spend at least 100$ to get my board into riding condition. Give me a break...they are obviously money hunger and dont care about their customers. He had no explanation except that, "it will do u no good to do that and you need to spend at least a 100$". I laughed and went to Ski and Golf and paid the man 10 bucks and he ran it through.I do almost all repairs, tunes my self and i justed needed this piece that all ski shops have...This shop wants your money be careful!!

I was just in the store looking for something in a larger size than they carried. The first persons response, was that hed have to look for it in the computer to see if he could special order it. First person then asked another employee about it, and that employee said "Its not something we carry." Both employees then walked away and started doing other things. I expect bad service in big box stores, but this was ridiculous. I sincerely hope other Christy Sports stores give better customer service than this one.

Drove clear out from Parker Co to purchase the new discounted Epic ski passes and was ready to purchase 2 but was told when trying to make the transaction that they could not accept cash?!? Seriously? They would not take my over $900 in cash? It was 4:00 and my local bank, however close takes 4 hrs to process the deposit to make funds available so bottom line, I wasted nearly 3 hrs of my life, gas and still dont have the pass. Who doesnt accept cash?

Website showed stock for several bindings that would work. After driving an hour they told me they lie on their website and do not sell bindings after half the ski season is over. As it turned out, the ones I got were exactly 50% less on amazon. I had them by the next weekend and saved $164. They offered to sell me patio furniture, but if they ever sell immortality I still wont be back. Scum.
