My appointment went great, and they were very helpful with picking out new frames. Everyone seemed professional and nice. When my glasses came in, however, I told them I would be coming in the following day to pick them up. I was informed that the doctor was taking a half day (because I asked about scheduling a follow-up the doctor had requested), but was told the office would be open until 5. I left work a little early to make sure I would get here on time. It is currently 4:30 and the office is dark and the door is locked. No note was posted about the change in hours. I tried to call, to leave a message because I would like to know if the hours will be different tomorrow too so I dont leave work early pointlessly two days in a row, but there was no answering machine either. 5 star reviews are about more than just the office visit, they are about other things such as communication and availability too. So while Denver Vision has some parts of this down, they need to step up there game on other parts.

I have to say I would give Dr. Holtzman 5 stars but as for the new staff 2 stars. I called to schedule latest appointment times which I know they have on Wednesdays yet was told 3 or 3:30 would be the latest. Long story short confirmed my appointment said it back to the receptionist couple days later show up and she states my appointment was for the next day. No, I wouldnt schedule on a day I knew my kid had practice. They did fit us in but was clearly upset about it. The communication between the receptionist and the other guy that works with her was rude and unprofessional. I could clearly hear them. I filled out new paperwork and still somehow they end up calling an old phone number to let me know the glasses were in. REALLY! Not to detailed oriented or just didnt pay attention to the paperwork that was filled out and needed to be updated. Sorry but this place has lost 4 patients. I will be taking my family elsewhere.
