Horribly unimpressed! While the staff there is kind, they are not on the same page and sadly, your checkbook pays the price. I called different eye doctors as my husband and I recently moved to the area and was quoted the best price with Bryan Vision. It was supposed to be a $95 visit with a 20% discount, (per my insurance) which would have been approximately $80. After my appointment I was checking out and was asked to pay $135, $55 over the initial quote! A few days later I began to have pain in one of my eyes and called to find out how much it would be to have the foreign body removed... I was quoted $45 but was told that as I was just in for the same thing in the other eye a few days prior, the doctor would most likely work with me. The following morning, only an hour before my appointment, I was told that it would actually be $57. This office cannot seem to get it together and their office staff is horribly educated on both their practices and on customer service etiquette. While it feels good to give someone a low price, accuracy is much more important. I went in anyway to pick up my contacts, hoping that they would work me as promised, but the best they could offer was a payment plan. If it were me, I would have taken the 10 minutes to remove the foreign body and charged $20. You have a happy customer, you made a little money, and they would have made up for all of the financial shenanigans that I had already endured at their hand. At my first appointment I couldnt even leave. They got me in the door and then charged me an arm and a leg after it was all said and done. I would have gone somewhere else if I would have known, but apparently honesty isnt their policy...

On a recent vacation, I developed an eye infection that left me unable to wear my contacts. As luck would have it, the one thing I forgot when I left town was my glasses. I contacted Bryan Vision Associates at (no kidding) 4:57PM on Friday before the 4th of July holiday weekend, and they immediately faxed my prescription to a Lenscrafters where I was vacationing so that I could have a pair of glasses made. It was an expensive mistake, sure, and one that I wont make again. But Bryan Vision Associates came through for me when I desperately needed them to. Thanks!

I LOVE the Drs here. They are very knowledgeable and have been so helpful with the different problems that my children, husband and I have. My mom, from Virginia, also uses them when she comes into town. I thought at one point that they were expensive and went elsewhere, but I had so many problems in the 3 other places, I returned to them. When you get the correct care and the problem is solved because of their knowledge, it cost less. Four stars because they have new front office staff that is difficult to deal with sometimes, but the Drs are the best!

Excellent staff and patient care. I called for a same day appointment and I was able to get in. Dr. Bryan and his staff took their time to give me a thorough exam and explain everything they were doing. The office was spacious and comfortable.

Very professional and thorough care. Was fitted for contacts for the first time in my life and Dr. Bryan took a lot of time to go over my options before I finally settled on a pair. Highly recommended
