I cant really say how well they match what you deserve but Ill say Im very annoyed for driving a round trip of 40 minutes just to be turned away over a USB cable for a GoPro. Its the 3+ black and cost 450 new. Called ahead and was told to bring it in. I just wanted 50$ and was gonna buy it back in a week. Was fully charged and working so clearly could have been sold for 200 easy without the usb. Im just pissed these guys couldnt take the time to understand all I wanted was 50$ . Your store will definitely not go far with those customer service skills, which is likely why I was the only customer there. Maybe next time tell the person over the phone what to bring. Or maybe Im just dumb for not knowing a usb cable is required even with a full charge. Either way I wont be returning ever. Thanks for nothing. Mr Money here I come!

Haha i dont ever write reviews lol but this place is the best haha. I dont pawn stuff there much, but when i do i get a cheap fair price because hey it give it to goodwill free or get a couple bucks off it right haha. Lol i think its funny when people are like well i can get more for it someplace else like dang then go sell it someplace else xD, but for real they have a business to run how do you think they make profit. Besides they dont by cheap crap, one cuz there not a thrift store and two if its crap to you then its usually crap to others lol so why are they gonna sell it. And as far as customer service its great i go often and thell nock 10 20 dollars off the price tag for me and there all very welcoming guys. This place deserves 5 stars.

I was looking for a Wii I had seen one on cragslist that was $45. I called them to see if the had it and they did. I asked them if they tested it and Dian had told me that they test them when they get them. When I got there they were more then happy to help me out. And she had just finished testing it again to make sure it worked for me. They don t have a return policy but she told me if I had any problems I could bring it back on Monday. Very friendly and even gave me a discount on the Wii and some other items I had purchased. Wow what great service I will go there again to buy more things and I would rec amend them.

Ive gone there twice with electronics first, then with jewelry and they wanted to buy it for a little bit of nothing. Gave them two chances to give me a fair deal and they tried to scam me both times. I took my business elsewhere and was treated better. Not going to give them a third chance and I recommend you dont give them the first if youre looking to sell anything.

Dont buy jewlery here if youre looking to be treated with respect. They were extremely defensive, grumpy, and lacked basic customer service techniques when i told them there silver is reacting on my neck like steel (im allergic to steel not silver). They said even if my necklace was fake i can only store credit. Thats definitely a demonstration of bad service!

TOTAL RIP OFF. Went to sell my ipod in which i bought from them for $25 they wanted to give me $5 and didnt even bother looking at my mp3/mp4 that plays video and a ebook reader. I will NEVER go there again! Cash in a flash? Yeah right more like bullshit in a flash.

took an electric fire place in. had to carry it in by myself while they watched me struggle with the door. sales guy comes over and knocks it over on accident and cracked the front. then said they wouldnt buy it because it was cracked. TOTAL DOUCHEBAGS

To the person complaining about sunglasses... a lot of high priority companies (banks, payday loan shops and pawn shops) will do this for security sake. This store is filled with good employees and they are always ready to wheel and deal !
