Like any business, they "E-Z Pawn", are there to make a buck. Like any business, one would expect a reasonable amount of professionalism, and that to be passed-on in training to new employees. So, I understand, it is a PAWN SHOP! If we are there not to buy (I.e. anything they have to sell at E-Z, I promise you for the same amount of money can be picked up at Wal-Mart NEW and possible even cheaper.) Yet, if one is [pawing] then, it becomes a whole different mind game. "They KNOW youre hurting for cash." So, please E-Z, while we wait in line, and it becomes our turn to be served, dont give us that look (you know the one), that says, "Yeah, maybe if Im in a good mood today, Ill help ya out.” attidude while standing on a pedestal. REALLY?! Last I checked: for every $100 I borrow, E-Z makes $20 off of me. THE HIGHEST THE STATE LAW CURRENTLY ALLOWS! So, please, while were in line, and it becomes our turn: remember, you people at E-Z PAWN are making some damn pretty good money off of me. Oh yeah, and, your welcome...with a smile. : )

I was there with my boyfriend so he can pawn some CDs and disliked the experience. We were not acknowledged when we came in. We had the CDs out in the blue and we were not asked if we wanted to pawn them. It wasnt busy at all. We were also looking around for a bit first and wasnt asked if we are finding everything okay. Also, when we went up to pawn them it wouldve been only $0.30. While we were in the process of pawning we decided to just stop it and leave because of this. We couldve gotten more money off the CDs then what was offered.

yet another lazy non caring female at the ez pawn i had to leave another review about the same thing at the other ez pawn in longmont. female at this one acted like i was inconveniencing her, even though she wasnt with any other customer, and kept not answering my questions/ answering questions that i didnt even ask. and doing it with a bad attitude the whole time. shes the one that chose a customer service position. and of course, i was the customer. that is what the hell she is there for and what they are in business for.
