The only shop that I trust to Werke on my bikes. Before meeting Jeff and Donna, I was stressfully making attempts to get my fathers 1986 GSXR-1100 working properly. It was our most prized possession while he was alive, and I knew literally nothing about it without him. After a phone call to a local Suzuki dealership I asked the sales rep if he knew anyone who knew these bikes since it felt like I was speaking a foreign language and nobody knew anything about it. The rep said confidently, and ironically for being a service department rep for another shop, "The guy you need to talk to is Jeff over at The Werkes Motorcycle Shop." After Jeff answered all my questions on an hour phone call during work hours I knew it was the place I needed to go. Jeff and Donna are the most honest, hard working, genuine, and dedicated people I know, not just as shop owners, but as a couple who have become like a second set of parents and great friends. Since meeting them Ive purchased two additional motorcycles (an 84 Kawi 900R, &09 R1) through their shop, and as you can imagine nobody touches them but the Werkes. There is a reason that this shop is constantly packed and always busy. If you want your prized possessions to be treated like youd treat them, but better.. this is the only place.

Jeff and Donna are very knowledgeable and have a very clean shop and showroom. My Kawasaki Nomad needed a front tire. While I waited, I watched Jeff replace the front tire, I was impressed that he used the shop manual to check the torque specs for the front axle bolt. When Jeff did the test ride after replacing the front tire, he noticed that my steering head bearings were notching and told me this is not safe. Jeff cares for the safety of his customers. I did not even notice the notching until he told me about it, I thought the vibration was from the worn front tire. So I had Jeff do the front steering head bearing repair, which fixed the notching in the steering. When he had the front end apart, I had Jeff also replace the fork seals and oil. Jeff did a great job! My steering notching and vibration is now gone. Jeff saved the old steering head bearings to show me why they were failing, lack of grease from the factory. Jeff and Donna quoted me a great price to do the repair and was the best price that I was quoted from calling around to other shops. Please recommend Jeff and Donna to all your friends! Jeff and Donna also have an awesome Oktoberfest party and fundraiser for their customers at the end of the riding season. Joel

I had a lot of work that had to be done on my bike after an accident. I didnt want to pay the prices the dealers wanted. After sweet talking my insurance adjuster he recommended Jeff and Donna at the Werkes. What I found is the most honest and caring motorcycle shop I have ever found. I expected to get my ride fixed, what I didnt expect is the level of communication at every step. The attention to detail was amazing. There were a few quirks that I had been living with and Jeff took the time to fix EVERYTHING he found. The prices were much better than I expected. The Harley looks just like it did new and runs perfectly. They have called several times just to make sure everything is OK since repairs were completed. They even called and asked me to come in, have a cup of coffee and shoot the breeze. I rarely write reviews for anything but I cannot more emphatically recommend the Werkes. I have convinced my son to take his RoadStar in for service, and I know I will never take my bike anywhere else

Jeffs shop performed some routine/preventative maintenance a few weeks ago on my 03 Suzuki SV1000. The cost was much less than I was expecting, and he walked me through everything that they did to the bike. I thought I would need a new slave cylinder, but Jeff was able to clean up and adjust the existing unit, saving me a lot of money. Additionally, I went to get on my bike the first time since having it back and noticed that a large washer & bolt were missing from the fairing. I called Jeff to see if they may have forgotten to put it on- not the case, but he was more than willing to provide a new piece of hardware at no cost to me since they were the last ones to work on the bike. Above and beyond what I expected - a part number so that I could order the washer myself would have been enough. Jeff has earned a repeat customer with his fair price for work and excellent customer service. I would recommend his shop to anyone.

I highly recommend The Werkes Motorcycle Shop for tune ups or anything you might need done to your bike, Jeff and his wife or two of the nicest people I know.. I wont go anywhere else.. I was referred to The Werkes Motorcycle Shop 3 years ago by a friend. Now I even stop by on occasion just to say hello. Jeff and Donna are great!!! Jeff will educate you on your bike if needed and they treat you like a friend and not a number. They offer great service at the best prices around. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Jeff along with David know their stuff and they will get the job done right. They will be 100% strait with what repairs need to be done and dont over charge or mark things up. They all treat their customers like family, and do everything in their power to make sure everyones experience with them is awesome!! I cant say anything negative about The Werkes and its staff. If you need anything done to your motorcycle ( no matter the type ) this is the place to take it to.

First google review ever. Wish Id had the good experience others did, as Im really wanting to find an alternative to the Harley dealer. My brake lever was popping the accessory fuse so I took the bike in. They fixed it and it ran good for a day or two but then the fuse blew again. When I called to let them know they were very dismissive, he spent 5 minutes lecturing me about how a fuse works. He said all he did was replace the fuse, which I find hard to believe because it had been blowing the fuse every single time I pulled the brake lever, but after I got it back from Werks it ran 2-3 days with dozens of brake pulls before blowing. Anyhow, he said I could bring it back in and hed take a look, in 5 weeks! Summer will be half gone. Guess its back to the Harley dealer.
