It was mediocre, I am not saying to dismiss them as a whole nor am I saying not to buy from them. When I walked in, it took some time for someone to greet me, though I was looking at numerous motorcycles and one in particular. In fact, a salesman never even approached me, it was someone from another department (accessories department) that noticed my lack of getting help who approached me and asked if I could use a salesman. I said "yes" and in 5 seconds he had, amazingly, found an available salesman. I knew the bike I wanted, as I had seen the great MSRP discount and they were the best advertised price of competitors. Unfortunately, after you get there, you also find out they have some of the highest dealer fees in the area making them more expensive than competitors. They said it had to be built, no problem as I could come back next weekend. They said that since I filled out the credit information and all, it would take 45 minutes to be in and out the door. I came back the next week, somehow, 45 minutes was actually 3 hours. The newly built bike had scratches on the bike they said would "buff out" when they detailed it before I left. Either A) they did not detail it before I left or B) the scratches dont buff out. Not a big situation, they were minor by the forks and front fender, not very noticeable. The accessories guy is awesome and very concerned with your satisfaction of gear, he gets an A+. However, the initial gloves I wanted, not in my size, the jacket I wanted, not in my size... at least they had the helmet I wanted in my size, but not in the color I wanted. Seems stocking is minimal here. I then had to wait in line to go over my bike with a technician. As much as I genuinely appreciate that, it caused continuous waiting and grew tiresome while he helped other people. Apparently, only one person knows these bikes in the service department? I wanted to finish this process to enjoy my day off work, not continually wait around like I seemed to experience every time I had come in. I had to leave some items at the store because I rode the bike home and my friend got tired of waiting around and had left. I get home to show off my new bike to another friend, he looks it up and down and all over and he says "did you hit something?" and I stated "no, I came straight here". on the right side of the frame about a quarter of the way up was gouge in the frame with exposed metal, that was frustrating. I went back a couple of days later to pick up my left behind manufacturer items and I told them the situation. Their response was "go to an auto store and buy some black paint", fair enough answer, but no apology no "extra mile". I pick up my box of items from the manufacturer and head home... when I get home, the manufacturer provided tools are not there. Just another minor frustration. They said they would replace them for me if I came in to pick them up so I guess that is, again, adequate but not outstanding service. There is not one major situation to make the experience mediocre, it is a long string of continuous minor things that add up to leave you lacking the thrill of buying a new motorcycle. Rating overall: Price: B, Wait time: C-, Salesmen: C, Accessories: A+, Finance Department: B+, Detailing: D, Smoothness of process: C-, after the sale: C-, put all of these together, its just mediocre.

So youre thinking about learning how to ride a motorcycle? Have zero experience? What about a few "unlicensed" years? Well let me tell you this is the place to learn. I attended during a Monday/Tuesday scheduled class period(s) and spent $200, which through my research I found that, that price was between $50-$150 more affordable than ALL THE COMPETITION IN THE STATE! I had such a great experience at an affordable price and training at G-Force Powersports that I had to leave a review and drop a testimonial about my class experience to others considering training here. The first day I was very nervous, I had never been on a motorcycle and had zero experience riding. Shortly after meeting Andrew our driving coach I was completely at ease. He was amazing, he made my entire class feel comfortable and ready to take on the motorcycle world. We had everyone from rookies to those who had been riding a few years and realized that they needed to brush up on their training to become a better motorcyclist. The most important reason I had such success was 100% Andrews training. He was super patient with other learners that didnt pick up the skills as easy. He gave special consideration and even taught through his lunch break to help two students who werent as adept at learning to ride. At the same time he made the class fun and challenging to the other students that were a little further in the learning process. The next day we went through several more lessons on the motorcycle and took our written exam and driving exam. Andrew was great and went above and beyond training us and we all passed in flying colors. I went from zero experience to graduating with only 3 points missed between both the written and driving exams. Honestly review reader, you will be pleasantly surprised how fun and amazing this program is. Im not sure if there are other coaches but if you want an amazing experience that is challenging, fun and informative please ask for Andrew. He wont let you down. Thank you for reading. Happy motorcycling and dont forget to smile in curves! Ill see ya out there! P.S. Shamless "M" endorsement photo.

9/7/15 I want to say THANK YOU to GForce for creating a commitment to safe riding by supporting and providing safe, recognized training. I have considered becoming a rider for some time and finally took the opportunity with GForce/MSF. I found the reviews and recommendations for the MSF course sponsored by GForce to have some of the top marks. Going into the 2 day course, I had no riding experience and was somewhat nervous about getting onto a motorcycle. BJ(RiderCoach) was a phenomenal Coach and put things at ease. With the structured teachings, I was on the bike and the nerves were virtually gone. By the end of the first day, I had confidence and even a few smiles as I was actually riding! On day two, there was a written test some more practice exercises and the final riding tests. In the end, I now have a sense of confidence and I look forward to purchasing my first motorcycle and getting out on the road. I highly recommend this course(for both experienced and brand new riders) and look forward to future courses brought to GForce. I have a new respect for those that ride and how I(as a car driver) can help them when on the road. 10/22/15 I had a pair of over pants I purchased from GForce and had to return. To no fault of the store, the item just didnt work due to design. I asked them prior to returning the item if I could and they immediately said Yes, as they knew the item just wasnt going to work. What impressed me the most was their professionalism and willingness to help me. Before I could return from my car with the item to return, Chris had already found another item that was comparable and would perform the same function. This was top notch. Not only being so helpful to accept the item returned, but finding a solution to the problem. Kudos to the GForce team and you will always keep my business.
