One star because zero stars is not an option. Here we go: Scribbles lacks the slightest bit of knowledge about wedding invitations! Tried to tell me that engraving did not require metal plates!! Incompetent worker totally thought modern thermography was "engraving"!!! Very combative and negative attitude. Downright clueless and complete white trash representing a really cute shop (is the sad part). Worker lady I speak of had NO idea what the codes and numbers in the sample wedding paper books stood for (the main thing they sell)! She did not want to help us. She was dusting the shelves instead. She could have had an easy sale... but instead, the best part of her day is when customers depart the store. She was so chipper when we reached for the door. This is the utmost LAST place I would order anything from. Rude, rude, rude. Dont waist your time with this place. Negative, negative energy that will have you running for the door aggravated.

I was really excited that I had a reason to go into Scribbles. I passed by it often and it always seemed like an adorable shop. Unfortunately I went in at a time when one employee was ending her shift. I was greeted rather tersely by this employee who was quick to point me in one direction and offer no more help. In fact, she ignored me. It was quite frustrating. I asked her whether the cards that were out on the shelves were all that was in stock and she replied in a very rude manner that she could look up what they had in stock, and offered no more in help or conversation. I finally left when I decided that no business deserved my money if they couldnt even be kind. Thumbs down to Scribbles.
