Fantastic coffee. Fantastic service. Fantastic atmosphere. Immediately upon walking in the door we were greeted by both baristas and asked if we would be staying a while or wanted something to go. As we sat down, Betsy brought us water and was there to take our order and answer any questions we had. We never even made it to the counter. Throughout our entire visit, both baristas spent their time mingling with patrons across the entire shop - inquiring about peoples lives and even sharing their tips for brewing a better cup of coffee at home. Do yourself a favor and stop by - you definitely wont be disappointed by any part of the experience.

Exceptionel coffee. Excellent indie/startup atmosphere with a friendly and welcoming staff. Ryan shared a little information about my cup-o-joe including its origin and characteristics and, after mentioning my usual favorite, made a couple of suggestions for brewing at home that I will definitely be trying. Though slightly out of the way, I will certainly be back. Well worth the trip. They refused my tip saying "We pay our employees a fair, working wage." I like these guys. -Dusty Denver Dave-

In any category of business, this is the best place I have ever been! They give perfect attention to every detail, from the cereal milk latte to the hand-rolled hand towels and Meyer soap in the bathroom. The roaster is often there to answer any questions about the coffee, and it is always freshly roasted. It is the first place I really wanted to give a great tip, but to make the place even better, they do not allow it as an option when paying!

We were visiting for Portland, and made a point to visit this roaster a 2nd time after a great 1st experience! The roaster himself was sitting next to the beans for purchase, and was happy to help us pick out a bag. The barista was extremely friendly, refused our tips, and entertained us while we sipped on cereal-milk lattes and amazing drip coffee. We absolutely loved the storefront, beans, staff, and mantra of this roaster!

I recently moved to Denver and decided to pay this place a visit seeing as it is just down the street from me. Totally different yet completely enjoyable coffee shop experience-they offer unique cereal milk lattes and table service unlike any coffee shop I have ever been to. I stayed a little while and definitely plan to be back!

The best coffee roaster I have visited in Denver! Superior, personable full service from Tom/Jason, delicious Brioche waffles, and very well made espresso beverages! Very knowledgeable team that are passionate about their craft. A must try hidden gem!

The coffee is amazing and the atmosphere is very relaxed and cool. Service is wonderful and the barista was so nice and accommodating. We got a kids steamer and she made sure it was a good temperature for our 2 year old without us having to ask.

Best latte I have ever had! I recently moved to the area and was excited to find this place as a close by local coffee shop. Very raw and inviting atmosphere with the roasting equipment in the same room as the coffee bar.
