Dark roast coffee was like water and absolutely had no flavor. I stood there for 5 minutes wondering why she wasnt getting it, as it comes straight out of the large coffee maker "premade", and after finally inquiring about it, she stated, oops, forgot you ordered that, here you go. Threw mine away in trash can, again like water and no taste evident. Wifes pumpkin coffee overly sweet. Apple fritter completely dried out. On top of this, young manager with blond reddish beard and headband starts conducting an employee review with the employee loudly and seated in customer area in leather sofa chairs within 4ft of us. Embarrassing to the employee and others around. I gently explained to the young manager, discussions with their employees of that nature should be private affairs, and that it was uncomfortable for all. Not the setting we want to go to on a Sat morning to relax and have coffee in. The manager got defensive instead of hearing us, and continued at an even higher level, giving the employee bad marks for performance. We got up and left. This manager just doesnt get it, and failed his own review on the spot. Heres your sign, theres the door. If you cant hear and take constructive criticism, you have no business playing pretend manager. Well never go back. Worst coffee experience ever. Side note, place looks a little run down compared to other coffee shops we usually frequent. People expect friendly service, hot coffee, fresh pastries, its simple, but not here. Well go back to Panara Bread, Kneaders, Starbucks, etc.

Jason, Caitlin and John are 3 of the best people working here. Sure Ive only been in here once (and hopefully more as soon as I get hired next door) but I cant stress enough how great these 3 Baristas made me feel. They instantly brightened up my day. I know this isnt where I wanted to post this but I couldnt find where to comment in the caribou app or website. Thanks guys. I will definitely recommend this location to everyone.

Wow, they were uncoordinated and the manager was more interested in chatting with regulars than working. The girls were busy and he wasnt helping then decided to and got all up in their business. Coffee is great, but I stood in line as the first person in line for 5 minutes with no acknowledgement. Not the usual service for this company. And I was the o my person in line inside.

The folks are always smiling and friendly every single time I come in there. I even go out of my way to come in (which is pretty much daily) and Ive never had a single bad experience. Its nice having a go-to coffee shop where they take good care of you. The best part is simply hanging out and chatting while your coffee is being made :)

Caribou has lost its way. The menu has become a "me too", staff here is rude and does not care to help. Any special requests get a memorized line about corporate policy. There are so many other options within 5 minutes of here, I dont think I will return.

I love this location, I wish the one closer to where I live operated as efficiently. Nice staff, quick service and the coffee is better than Starbucks by far! We need more Caribou locations in Colorado!

Dont let the fact that it is a chain coffee joint deter you. They certainly know what they are doing, at least at this location. The baristas are excellent, and know how to make a fantastic dirty chai.

They were out of creamer and when asked for more they handed us a carton as if we were supposed to fill it up ourselves. Had high hopes on coffee too and it did not deliver. Bad overall experience.

That French Press will take at least 20 minutes....Im sorry, what? Awful service. Just about the rudest Ive experienced. I wont stop buying Caribou, but this location will never see another dime.

Big fan of Caribou. Medium roast is delicious, and while this site seems to have a couple mechanical issues (broken toilet) it is only temporary and Im glad they are around!
