I called in today to get a very urgent gift basket built and delivered centered around two nice bottles of wine. The woman on the phone (forgot your name- so sorry!) was super friendly and really helpful. I specified the price of the wine bottles and the approximate price of the rest of the items in the basket. She took down wording for a card too. She called me back promptly with a delivery window and to confirm the wording on the card. As a business owner myself who must work with an outside courier too, I know how hard it can be to coordinate several moving pieces. She did that with ease and professionalism. Thank you very much! The recipient texted me a picture of the basket and it looked great. I will keep this in mind for future orders- both business and professional!

This is my go to phone call when I need to get a beautiful gift basket out quickly. I have called them at the very last minute to overnight over 10 baskets out and without any hesitation they sent the most fabulous gifts to my clients. Their customer service is top notch. I have personally visited their office as well and am always greeted with a smile and good conversation. I have made many impressions on business visits throughout the country because of their work and I will continue to use them and recommend them to everyone for the rest of my career. I needed a holiday basket in a hurry for a party. Called in this morning and it was available by 2. I was a little reluctant as I always get baskets in a last moment from other businesses and I always seem to think they are not worth it. I have the basket that I ordered and I can say I am super impressed. I will be using them in the future and couldnt be more pleased.
