I went there today, almost didnt go because of the multiple bad reviews on service and the taste of food. I would have to say it was really good today, excellent even. Great service, the waitress and even the hostess were very attentive. The food was brilliant, I visited this CB before and was just as good then as it was today. I took my brother here and he was shocked at how much food you get for almost the same price as VI only better. The only reason why I mark off a star is because we were sat at a far off corner that seemed more like a punishment then anything not to mention they had someone filling out an application right next to us so I felt I was getting the whole "She has piercings and tattoos, she might dip on us so we need her, her brat, and her gangster looking brother to stay in that corner." I usually like windows especially when its beautiful outside, before the storm anyway. Or I could be paranoid and misjudging but that would be highly unlikely because there was hardly anyone there. Just felt a little discriminated or like the outcast at a family dinner haha. Anyway besides my whining, I would daddy those people who more recently have visited CB have no clue what theyre talking about or they could be like me and whine about the slightest of "mistakes".

It was a 30 minute wait. Not a big deal for a Sunday afternoon, so we walked around the attached "gift shop" for a bit until they called us back to the front. (Quick sidenote, unless youre a 50+, Paula Deen type its a waste of time and patience.) We go to the host podium only to be pointed in the direction of the table they wanted us to sit at. 15 minutes go by before someone finally comes to get our drink orders. We order quickly, because we caught on that service was sparse here. Two of us order eggs and sausage with biscuits on the side. They bring us one order, and the smallest breakfast I have ever received in a restaurant. In the middle of asking the waiter for water, a new waitress walks up, interrupts us to inform us that shes our server now and walks away. The rest of our party arrives, and we tell them not to order here because were leaving, and the waitress returns out of nowhere and tries to convince them to order something after they said no. Add in the random, unsupervised children wandering around and we have a terrible experience.

I love this chain but I wouldnt recommend this location. My family of 4 came admittedly on a weekend but not at a peak time and when we arrived we were told the wait would be between 25-35 min. We agreed to wait. Upon the 45 minute mark we were announced that we would be next to be seated. We then saw 3 other groups called up before us, 2 groups of 2 and a group of 3. We could see through the window that they were all seated in tables meant for 4. At the 50 minute mark we went in and questioned what was going on and the 2 ladies were very rude and had an attitude and just said it is a weekend and couldnt answer me when i asked why other groups are being seated at 4 person tables before us. When we finally got seated our orders were messed up and the service was bad. The only saving grace was that the food was still good. Avoid this location

Will never return to this place. The bathrooms were disgusting. Our server was rude & ignorant of our needs. It took 15 minutes for someone to come to our table and another 10 before getting our drinks. My salad was served with my meal instead of beforehand. Server was also quick to slap the bill on the table upon our meal being served and said, "thank you and have a nice night." The Manager D Ryan Garrison did not try to handle the issues I confronted him about but instead advised me to write about his establishment and simply stated he appreciated the comments. What restaurant who doesnt care about their name wouldnt try to make things right. Food wasnt so great either after all half of it was served lukewarm. Ive been to better Cracker Barrels than this one in particular. Good luck eating here.

This had been a family gathering place for us for years, but after todays complete lack of service, condescending attitude and almost inedible food, our family will never be returning. After the issues just getting seated, and the zero care given by the floor management, I walked out of the establishment. However, several family members decided to stay and eat, after which they reported the food to be over cooked, greasy, and just all around a disappointment bordering on inedible. Shoot, one of them had to return her meal to have it redone because it was so bad. I mean, how can you mess up a BLT? Other locations may be fine to visit, but if you are in any sort of group, and if you are looking for satisfying food, I would highly recommend going elsewhere.

I love Cracker Barrels and have eaten at ones, as I travel and have always enjoyed good meals at a good price. The one in Northglenn is one of the worst as far as service and food. The food I ordered on one of my last visits was not what I ordered. When I did get what I ordered it was ice cold. I decided to give them one more try. I ordered their Meat Loaf and when it came to the table it was ice cold. I hate being so close to a Cracker Barrel and not being able to go back because the service and the food is so bad. I think maybe they need a new cook staff to make sure the food is not dished up until the wait staff is ready to take it to the table.

Horrible experience the last 2 times I have brought my family here! 3 of our 5 meals tonight were completely inedible! It was not even busy & took almost an hour to get our food. Once we got our food the steaks were all over cooked & hard as leather! Then we complained to the manager & his solution was 1 free desert!!! When told that was not good enough he told us he would take care of some of the bill. When we got the bill he took $11 off! This was so not acceptable, but they did not care! Do not ever go to this place to eat!!! The whole company has lost a customer for life thanks to the incompetence of the kitchen & the management!!!

Food was not that good. The server we had was horrible! She barely checked on us. My daughter ordered pancakes off the kids menu and they came out almost 10 minutes after our food got to the table, which by that time was getting cold. She didnt say sorry for those taking so long, which I really didnt think pancakes would take so long to cook unless someone didnt put the order in. She "dropped " off the check when she brought the pancakes, came back to finally bring us rolls and a refill on our drinks. Brought us to go boxes and never came back to our table. I think were crossing this restaurant off of our list! :(
