this store is what i like to call 3 halves of a whole, one more half and it would be great, but alas, the pros of this store... its huge--(that may also be a bit of a con as well), so far everything i buy is always in stock, great plus!, i love they have other items besides groceries, i can buy vacuum bags here, its the only store closest to where i live that has a gas station for the fuel points, now the cons... some of the staff are very friendly, (thats a con) but some are unfriendly, and some act like they dont have any clue about anything not good, this store is always crowded every time i come in, including late nights, this store is way understaffed, you can wait all day to get help in a certain area, and im sick of bagging my own groceries, the bathrooms are not very clean, and im tired of going in and seeing no toilet paper or paper towels in the mens room, pharmacy staff and very unfriendly and act untrained on customer service, its not close to where i live, but alas i have to shop somewhere and its 50 times better then the king soopers store i live close by thats for sure, overall its not that bad of a store ive been in much worse, but there could be a few improvements at this location.

My girlfriend just went here with her disabled sister to get 10 free waters with figi manufacture coupons witch is 5 waters per customer per day per transaction, my girlfriend got her waters fine but when her disabled sister tried to buy her 5 waters MY GIRLFRIEND was informed she can only get 5 while her disabled sister was trying to get checked out and she could not buy the water. So I read the coupon it did not say anywhere that mentally handicapped people are excluded from the deal So I dont understand what the problem was. After a completely unnecessary argument over 5 dollars worth of water David the cashier finally did the transaction and mumbled something under his breath and said my girlfriend and her autistic sister were cheating the system. I wonder if I go down there and talk to David and get my waters if he will say Im cheating the system, I bet not see you soon next time keep your mouth shut and do your job, your not the coupon Nazi

I was so happy the day this store opened by us because there were no other store like this close to us we either had to drive to 120th& Colo. To the other King Soopers Or to 128th to Wal Mart.. So I am now happy to say THIS STORE IS AND ALWAYZ WILL BE MY HOME STORE... I love this kings Soopers not only cuz its close but because the crew that works there is always amazing and super nice and the store is always clean and neat ... If u need anything someone is around to help you even if they are leaving to go home or on lunch break they will still help u find wat u need .... So again the store is amazing and so are the workers .... Even on snow days everyone is still helpful and still with a smile ...... THANK YOU ALL ❣❣❣ YOU ARE ALL AMAZING AND GOOD AT WAT YOU DO PLEASE PLEASE KEEP UP THE GOOD AMAZING WORK YOU ALL DO ......

Overall okay. Right now they are remodeling the store and it is a disaster. Usually they have any food product you are looking for. The staff has always been helpful. And usually remember if you had an issue and would make it right. Only one bad experience at the pharmacy. Dropped a Rx at the window and was told it would 45 minutes to an hour. Fine went and did the shopping and came back. Was told they were working on it. Finally 45 minutes later (this is now an hour and 45 minutes) they said sorry they were out of the drug. Had to drive 10 miles to the other side of the city and get the Rx filled. That was poor customer service. Still use the pharmacy though due to location.

Been shopping at this king soopers for months now and love it! I drive a little farther for this king soopers because the one near me is awful. I used to live up north and those king soopers are amazing. This store meets my expectations and has amazing selection. I also just tried clicklist today and was amazed. The two ladies who loaded my car were nice and professional, and I have to give kudos to whoever selected my groceries. The produce was better than I could have selected myself. Also whoever bagged my groceries did a phenemonal job. Everything that needed to be cold was still cold when I got home. Will be using clicklist again!

The pharmacy is a joke. Told 3 different technicians to cancel my prescription and each time it was filled again. Then the attitude I get when picking up... Not from one but two technicians. Not to mention the rudeness on the phone when I call. I spent so much time going back n forth with my doctors and the pharmacy just to realize the pharmacy was giving me wrong information. Ive also has "consults" with the pharmacist on new prescriptions and I had to advise them how its administered. Its incompetence and rudeness is what Ive experienced here.

This is my local King Soopers and its honestly the nicest one Ive ever shopped at! In addition to a fantastic, virtually unmatched selection of wonderful produce, meat, ethnic specialties and deli, theres also a sushi bar, Starbucks, jewelry store, full clothing store, home goods, and natural vitamins/body care section! Its always clean, well-stocked, nicely merchandised, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I am so happy to have such a lovely store to do all my shopping in!

If you shop here make sure its before 8pm and never at anytime around a holiday. The night before mothers day they locked up the West doors early and has 2 cashiers total and only 3 self checks open I counted 48 people in line. The only thing management can schedule well at this store is consistent rudeness and an incredibly frustrating shopping experience. I suggest you make the drive to the soopers in Brighton. Save yourself the headache

Love this King Soopers! Their selection of organic and natural foods and other items are amazing and the prices are nearly always the cheapest. The ClickList grocery pickup service is absolutely wonderful, especially now that they have same day pickup and the people who run it are always professional, helpful and friendly. If I moved, I would still make the drive to shop here. I know plenty of people who commute just for this store!

Love the store itself! They carry quite a few things...prices are moderate but the Gas is too high and the pharmacy is horrible. They are slow at everything. Even when I have dropped prescriptions off the night before, they are not ready the next day. I think I will go back to Target in Brighton and just use this Kings for emergency items. Store is clean though and most of the employees are very nice.

My first experience was not as good cuz the bathroom toilet paper holder cut me REALLY BAD and I asked for help and or a bandaid and only got rude responses and NO help at all not even a napkin to help stop the bleeding. Today people were friendly and I found lots of sales. I must say though the jewelry store and everyone that works there are exceptional as well as the jewelry...
