Best! What can I say, this place is absolutely amazing. Ive had only good experiences with the staff, selection and quality. Ill just name 3 instances to keep it short. 1st, Sauerkraut guy from meat dept, looked up front in 4 places and 10 minutes in back. Didnt just chill back there and post about how some idiot wanted an item they were out of. Instead, he grabbed something similar and gave me a rain check on the one I wanted. Super awesome guy. 2nd, produce. The whole department. Ive met 3 managers in that section and loved them all. They talk like people who love their work. The employees there always take time on presentation that is astounding. The produce section alone earns this place 5 stars. Ive worked at 3 grocery chains, and shopped at 30 times more. I love the produce department here. 3rd, the cashiers. I lost my wallet, had one of them walk the aisles, the cart guy did a sweep of the lot where I parked. I started a new job the next day and needed my IDs. It was past closing time on a Sunday night. They didnt grumble, they were super nice and calm. Because I was losing my mind. It turned up. This place is outstanding. The shoppers... can be eh. But overall the staff is amazing. I hate going anywhere else now.

The staff was friendly, lots of samples and a clean store. The rating went down when I saw an employee with earrings and arm tattoos checking packaged meats. He kept wiping his nose on working side of gloves, while handling products. The very junior staff in the meat department didnt care when I politely pointed it out. While in line to checkout, my 11 and 10 year old sons asked about the weed growing magazines which are conveniently located in every checkout lane and 3 feet up.. Its not ok to put adult magazines or beer brewing magazines for kids to see, so what makes the store think drug magazines are OK. Even Barnes & Noble puts those on the TOP magazine rack, away from thing eyes.

Would have given a 5 star rating, if not for the rude and incompetent pharmacy. Of all the pharmacies in the Brighton area (maybe in the world) have I experienced employees that hate their jobs as much as this store. They are rude, disrespectful, discourteous and make your shopping experience as miserable as they possibly can. I have never seen such poor management that allows employees bad behavior. I will continue my grocery shopping there, as everyone is polite and helpful, but I am changing to Safeway, Target or WalMart for my pharmacy business. Shame on King Soopers for allowing such treatment of customers.

The people there are very very friendly, store is clean, but Im a lil disappointed in the meat department, I would rather have a bigger area for fresh meat than a jewelry department. I would give it 5 reviews but the teenage cashier manager obviously needs to back through customer service training, I was trying to us the 25% off the clothes coupon for a colorado hoodie, and she refused to honor it. Even though I used the 15% coupon on prior broncos apparel (which apparently you cant). Was disappointed that they wouldnt honor their own coupon.

We shopped another King Soopers for many years. 2015 one was built in Brighton, which is much closer than the other. New one is much bigger & they offer a much larger variety of foods, everyday shopping. Their deli, bakery, meat dept, food court, Jewelry store, clothing dept, specialty items section, just the whole store has everything you need in 1 place. Its a great place to shop & the workers are amazing! Oh & their rapid rewards for gas are a big deal here. They add up quickly! We had . 72 °

Employees are so friendly. We love that it has dry goods, too (picture a Super Target) We talked about making the drive from Denver just for the experience and selection. We will be stopping every time we visit nearby Barr Lake State Park (a fantastic nature escape 20 minutes from North Denver - especially for birders and the wheelchair-bound [the latter when the crushed rock paths are not wet])

The pharmacy is the worst...you wait 2-3, even four hours for emergency prescriptions called in from your Dr. to be filled, the drive up window is always a 15-20 minute wait, etc. Last time I waited over an hour in line just to get an antibiotic filled, which then took another hour with a sick kid in tow. Kings management really needs to look at their staffine for this area.

Very large place with lots of selection. The people are always nice here and helpful when you ask. I was disappointed that there was nobody who could sell bus passes at 6am, and the Starbucks inside isnt open that early either. However, Im glad this is the store closest to my house, because its a great place to shop.

Employees are super helpful, ESPECIALLY in the meat dept. they always ask if Im finding what I need. I love that Kings offers hormone free meats! Thank you! I would also like to say thank you to the supervisors for making sure I never wait in line for more than a few minutes. There are always enough lines open.

Disappointed that the store feels that they need to set their own rules when it comes to accepting them. Cashier and head clerk told me they have a 5 coupon limit per day. Other kings allow you 5 of the same like item. Asked for a manger and waited 15 minutes before leaving.

This is one of the best supermarkets in the area. Like others have said they really do pretty much have it all! I would say one of the best things about it is the fresh made sushi bar. The staff is also really helpful and friendly.

Find everything Im looking for, the staff always has been friendly , smile and ask if your finding everything. The deli has great product and a great staff offering suggestions as well as the meat and seafood counter.

This place has it all! Home goods, a jewelry store, clothing, homeopathic section a Starbucks and fresh made sushi. Plan on spending an hour to walk around this massive store. Everyone is friendly and helpful here.

The only complaint I have is whoever runs the bakery doesnt ice the donuts very well. There is only a thin layer and often the donut isnt even fully covered. Fix that and Im a very satisfied customer!
