Went to the deli to get a chicken sandwich for me and my mom. Bought two of them, went back to work, took a few bites, got cartilage. Which is whatever because its a chicken and it has that. Eat a few more bites and something slimy is in my mouth I thought it was fat so I chewed it a few times before spitting not it out in a napkin. Upon closer inspection it is RAW CHICKEN. I look at the sandwich closer and the entire middle is RAW. Im not talking undercooked, Im talking just-cut-off-the-chicken raw. I tell my mom and she checks hers as well, only to be met with raw chicken. Of course I freak out because Ive eaten like half of this sandwich and call the store to tell them to pull their sandwiches. The girl at the service desk was rude. I called in, asked to speak with a manager and she asks me whats the problem. I get it, I used to work at KS. So I tell her and she tells me "bring in a receipt well refund you." I explain that I need to talk to a manager so they can check the sandwiches for anymore. She gets snippy and finally transfers me to the deli. Which is not what I wanted. Deli answers, and the lady, I think her name was Lori or Laura, helps me and apologizes. still doesnt fix what happened but Im glad she took my issue seriously. Just make sure yall cut into your sandwiches before you eat them.

WOMAN THREATENED BY CUSTOMERS AND STORE MANAGER DOES NOTHING. My wive was going through the checkout line on Feb, 2, 2014 around 1:30 pm. The customer in line behind her was standing to close while my wife was about to put in her credit card information, My wife asked the woman to back off. The people in line started to complain about things taking to long and my wife asked everyone to move back and the customers in line starting shouting at her. My wife called the manager and explained what the problem and a customer in line starting shouting her down then the same man shouted he was going to kick my wifes ass. My wife asked the manager to have the security guard walk her out to her car, The Manager said they had no security which is a lie. I have seen a security guard in that store every time I have shopped there, 300+ times. Thank God for the Checker, He took it upon himself to walk my wife out her car and waited until she loaded her groceries even helping her and she was able to leave safely. Shame on you King Soopers Manager and Shame on King Soopers for having such a bad manager in this store,

Visted the location around 11pm thursday evening coming home from work. Funny enough we hardly vist this store because there is a Wal-Mart that is much closer, but was closing soon. The security guard and female clerk at self check out were very awkaward and made the enviorment uncomfortable starting from the entrance. The clerk accused my wife and I of not scanning items which was unture as everything had been accounted for on the receipt. Before the accusation, she and the security guard were engaged in conversation with eachother. I just happen to be a hispanic male with a african american wife and two biracial children who were also present during the encounter. Oddly enough, another couple happen to be checking out right behind us and this same clerk walked over to them and made it a point to make friendly conversation with the pair, even to go as far to compliment the womans on her hair. We finished checking out and left and made a deal to, start getting to walmart before it closes.

Is this a grocery store or a facility for homeless drug addicts? Every time I have to shop at this store, I see a large number of homeless people loitering in the store, parking lot, and nearby vicinity. More than once I have had to return items because the safety seal has been broken and someone has already opened the product (homeless or shoplifters). Lastly, Im terrified to let my children use the restrooms for fear of used syringes, vomit, feces, and any number of other biohazards which are commonly present there. Its only a matter of time until King Soopers gets fined by OSHA or the health department, or sued by a customer who has been exposed to HIV or hepatitis on their premises. I feel terrible for the employees who have to work in this store, most of whom are helpful and courteous. Avoid this store at all costs if you value your health :(

they have the great same prices as any king soopers. the lines are pretty short. its like anywhere you have to check the food before you buy it to make sure its not rotten. I always get great customer service finding things and at customer service counter. the only reason I give it a 4is because the pharmacist people do egnore you even when they are just chatting up. its pretty rude. they look at you then look away and pretend your not there. when you say something they say we will get to you shortly. how long is shortly try 5-10min. I have tried other king soopers in the area just for the pharmacy but this one has the best for one stop shop. just go to walgreens for pharmacy

Place is open during construction which you would think would be nice, but parking lot has not lines, and no signs. Very hard to know where you are going. Additionally, the help at this place is beyond the scope of Customer Service. When I went here, I could not find help to ask where an item was. Then when I checked out at the Self Service, a coupon was not scanning. Cashier didnt know what she was doing. I believe there was a language barrier. She was able to get a Manager involved but the manager also had a hard time doing what ever he was doing. End the end, I do not recommend this King Soopers.

I wish he could give this store half of a star. I went to get cash back off of my DEBIT card and an associate named Brandon, who also identified himself as the manager, racially profiled myself and assumed that I was using EBT. He admitted to doing so and quickly back peddled saying that he said EFT. F and B will never sound the same. Needless to say, I was embarassed that he kept announcing that my card declined. When I checked with the bank nothing was wrong with my card and my funds were present. They said he got I know that it was a processing error. Which is what I told Brandon at the time. Weird p?

Man, everytime Ive had to come after work in the evening, the management thinks its a good idea to shut down all the normal registers and make you self-checkout. What happens if you have a large cart of groceries? You end up having to stack everything on the scale, heaven forbid you have a carton of salt dangling over the edge--youll be there all night. I literally watched their employees fool around laughing, not paying attention to customers. Really disappointed in customer service and was not happy. This has happened nearly every time Ive been there in the evening. Id rather go to WALMART.

My experience is always good at King Soopers. Shelves are almost always well Stocked. Employees are friendly and helpful. I would like to see more low salt items I am on a low salt diet, but cannot find many low sodium items. Some of your people have helped me look, but cannot find much either. There are many gluten free items, + dont understand how many things that there are for them when so many seniors need low sodium and there is hardly anything available. Even low sodium soup+ canned goods are not really very low.
