This pawnshop is shoddly run, a young kid "Lee" I assume is the manager, is very condescending and somewhat lost to the world of sales and customer service. It a pawnshop. He spent time explaining, how he had to make money, at the cost of another customer. Most pawns buy and sell used items,usually at pennies on the dollars, from a poor sap who desperately needs a few bucks or to sell a "found" item.The other side of this, are the folks who take a loan and many pay for awhile but lose the items to interest (15 to 20%) a poormans bank (100.00 loan @20% per month. At 3 months youve paid 160.00 plus fees to get your item back) but I digress... This kid (a lousy representative of any retail store) wants to explain why I need to pay a inflated sticker price for an item?? "Im not here to give you a deal" We all have internet and can easily look up the going price for anything. Most pawns bargain, start high and negotiate to a price,this store sadly tells the customer what they will pay. This young kid gives the impression that Im blessed to be able to buy in this store. He goes on to tell me that he experianced, at what Im not sure of. His staff especially a young boy, hasnt a clue. "Lee" went on to say it was probably lack of training, who is training him? As a shopper be prepared to play a silly game with these kids, ask for a realistic price, and they spend time to look at the sticker, and repeat the sticker price, then they ask you what you offer, then youll be told that its too low and they cant make money. My goal isnt to lookout for the store profiting, but to maybe buy something I probably dont need. I just happened to stop by to look,but I highly recommend that you bypass this ship of fools,and dont feel cheated that you"ve wasted your time. Ive shopped at this chains other stores and they are run much better with some retail savvy and basic customer service. I hope the general managers read this and spend a few moments to realize this store could be better with real managers and alot less attitude. ( better check those books) Shop at EZ Pawn or Fast Cash, or even Cash In a Flash (closeby) better rates and more service, its your money and your time. Lets see if Lee can manage a Burger King, with his experiance.

The poor guy that helped us out was not the only one there. He came out and said sorry for the wait guys. All the other guys were talking loudly using profanity and obscene and vulgar language about a female. I feel sorry for that guy obviously hes the only one working. They had some nice jewelry although I didnt find what I was looking for. Wont be back there as long as those employees are still there. Im sure they have chased many away. Disgusting how they talk about a woman. Smh

This place is over priced and the staff is not very knowledgeable about there items. Tried to sell my husband a drill and charger, the only problem was that the charger was for a different volt battery and would not have worked for this particular drill. Good thing my husband was paying attention or he wouldve bought a drill he couldnt use!!

Ive had several loans thrust them and they have always been easy to work with and understanding of personal situations and will try to give you the amount you are looking for on a loan. I will never use another pawn shop again!

That are fair on their lone That fair on their lines. That sell quity merchandize. A good way to spend with the family. Teach kids how to find and look for deals as well as teaching kid the value of things.

Got fair prices and friendly service. Wasnt there to buy, but was impressed by the variety of quality items. Not much room for haggling, but like I said, the prices were fair.
