I have been going to this pawn shop for 4 years now. When I lived in Littleton, and now even living up here in Westminster. I drive an hour out of my way to do business with them. I have had many loans with them, sold many things, and always had great customer service. I have refered many people to this place. I owe them nothing, paid up on all, and the last few times I have come in I have been treated by the staff like a bum on the street. I bring in items to sell, and their is no dealing anymore. No compassion, no kindness. I feel like I need a receipt, a reference from the place the item was bought at, and an extensive search on the internet documented to even have a reason to come in and try to make a deal. They have lost a good customer. It really bothers me. I have camera lenses from them, countless movies, and did many loans. Never joshed them around. Just dont get it. I will no longer come here.

Attention military service members and veterans this establishment does not want your business. I walked in and showed my military identification due to my drivers license gets put into question because it is expired with a military extension. Colorado DMV provides military extension of your drivers according to their regulations with a valid military ID or veteran sticker on your drivers license. I would absolutely not recommend stepping foot inside this establishment unless you want to be told your service and government issued ID with military extended colorado issued drivers license is not good enough for their business and be told "I know how to run a pawn shop and have never heard about a military extension." Good prices on guns, friendly staff. But I couldnt overcome the prominent sign that says no concealed weapons. Friendly guy, he explained that he doesnt like Colorados lax requirements, so he doesnt trust others with guns, just himself. Two guns there I wouldve bought on the spot, but oh well. Youll have to make up your own mind where you stand

I purchased a PS3 for my son from the pawn store and it had some issues (wouldnt boot). I returned within the hour and the guys gladly replaced the unit with a working one. They said "Sorry we must not have tested this one." It made things right by me, I will return. Nice friendly staff. Thanks guys...

AFTER 45 YEARS I BECAME SINGLE.REALY MISSED THAT SECOND INCOME WAY SHORT OF MONEY .WENT IN TO PAWN A GUN THE PEOPLE WERE GREAT FAIR PRICE,FAST AND FREINDLY.I HAVE HAD TO PAWN THERE MANY TIMES SINCE THEN WONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE. THANKS ALAN
