Kyle help me with the transaction, however Kurt and Ken were there also and lended a hand when needed. I had gone into this store more our of curiosity, I was looking for a guitar and amp (often hard to find together) and was worried this store was geared more towards tools, gold and jewelry. I was plensently surprised. I had just spent a half hour in the next door pawn shop, the first 20 minutes without a greeting. I was barely through the threshold of Broomfield Pawn and was politely greeted. There was a "great customer" as they called him shopping at the same time he must have been in there a while and goes there often, I can see why. They treat people great, answer questions and are extremely knowledgeable and fair about their products. I will be going there first anytime I am out looking for something.

They were completely professional, fair, and kind in their dealings with me. They took their time with every customer in the store and made sure to give an honest assessment of the items being brought to them. What a great experience. The shop is nicely merchandised and easy to find what youre looking for. They even have a really sweet dog, Bear, who sits behind the counter and comes up to say hello if you ask. I would definitely recommend this business. Its obvious they care about what they are doing and maintaining fair and ethical dealings with all their clients. Could not be more pleased with the price I received for the items they took from me and the kind and professional manner in which they rejected those they simply didnt want. Really nice people running this shop.

I love this pawn shop! I go there to sell, buy and repair all of my jewelry. The three men who own the shop Ken, Kurt, and Kyle have always been so helpful any time I go into their shop. If I ever want to sell my jewelry they always give me the best prices for my jewelry compared to other shops that I went to before. I also buy jewelry from them as well. They are so empathetic and give me the best price for what I buy. I have purchased rings and watches from them and I can genuinely say that I go to them for all my jewelry needs. They are also very friendly and make me feel important just by taking the time to get to know me as their customer rather than make me feel like just another person walking in the shop.

Gotta love the family owned business. Workers are all professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. They have a great selection of tools, jewelry, guns, collectibles and electronics and tend to update the inventory fairly often. I even got my engagement ring and wedding bands custom made here to my design and they turned out perfect. Very fair prices and unlike other stores they will work with you on price on anything. They are also very fair on giving you a good price to pawn or sell items as long as you know youre not going to get what you paid for it. I love going here to shop for things as they seem to have most everything I could need.

There was 5 people in the store, the clerk behind the counter was busy with somebody else, so while I was waiting, I was looking at the many items that were scattered about the store. as the clerk was done with the first person he looked directly at me and told me in a violent manner with foul language to get out of the store, I was not bothering any of the other customers and this was the first time Ive ever been in the store and I never met the clerk before either. let it be safe to say that I will never go in this dump ever again!

I called hoping to order an item I found online and they were really helpful. Their prices seem fair and they were always really helpful and quick to respond to questions. Great customer service. Im not sure if they do much online business, the process wasnt very smooth. The method of payment they requested was a mailed money order which seems a little out dated and slow. Shipment of the item was a slow but they did their best to remedy that. Still a great experience but has room to improve.

This is a great family owned shop. They are conscious when buying items that may have been stolen. They followed through on an item that might have been stolen from our business and called us. I appreciated the fact that they arent there just to make a buck but are an honest business. I would definitely recommend this store! They have a great selection of crystals and other interesting items.

very helpful, all of them!!! knowledgable, and friendly. i didnt buy anything last time, but they spent at least an hour with me discussing weapons and showing me a jewelry portfolio. very friendly and personable. they make custom jewelry as well! as a female, i didnt get the "here you go, sweetie" that happens sometimes when you check out weapons.... going back soon.

CAUTION: I will not discuss the details of my first (and last) experience with Broomfield Pawn. My takeaway from this is to be fully educated on what you are selling as well as what you are looking at buying from them. Be sure to visit other pawn shops as a baseline. Broomfield Pawn will throw integrity to the wind to take advantage of your ignorance. Good luck!

Family owned and very reasonable. Friendly and they will work with you. I honestly never write reviews but they helped me out so much I felt compelled to give them 5 stars and take time to write this. I dont care how far I would have to drive, if I ever had to pawn something again (hope not) I would definitely go there again! Thank you guys!

We went in to look around, and ended up buying a ton of things for a great price. We actually talked to them and they made me a silver wedding ring with custom touches for a more than fair price. Ring is perfect and everything we bought is awesome. These guys know their stuff. Ask for Kurt of you want custom jewelry!

I called the store and asked if they would buy some items I had for sell they said yes. When I got there and showed them the items I was informed that they had to pass because they didnt want more then what they had in stock. Its a small shop for tools mostly.
