By far the SHADIEST BUSINESS I have ever dealt with. Not only was my computer I put into my pawn with every last picture of my daughter including the ones from the hospital WIPED of every last file before my due date had even happened. It was also placed out to sale and when notified about it, the female manager Alicia I believe, was by far the most condescending,rude, and completely shady and idiotic person I think Ive encountered in a long time, but she also did NOTHING to work with me and had NO SYMPATHY that this is a computer I had every last personal picture for the last several years on and all my college schoolwork on. She didnt try to help me, she didnt try working towards a possible solution. She told me I could pay the full purchase price if I wanted it back. A computer they told me they could sell for no more than $250 that they have marked for TWICE that. Do not EVER pawn ANYTHING important to you at this place because they will take it off the shelf before your payment is even due and mark it up way more than they gave you and make it impossible for you to get it back. If yall knew what was best for your business JUMPING JACK CASH, you would fire that dumb broad who laughed at me on the phone while I was in tears.

I cannot understand how a place this inept can stay in business. Truly, do NOT trust a word out of their mouths. First they call me to say my payment is due. I set a date to pay. Great. Then I get ANOTHER call from them today saying I need to contact them about these items. When I call them back not 15minutes later, they put me on hold for 20 mins and then come back to tell me they have SOLD ALL MY ITEMS! If I was forced to choose between working with these parasites again or gontracting herpes... Ill take the herpes any day!

Do not take care of your motorcycles that are in trusted to them while pawned. Was assured by employee that m/c would be stored in enclosed shed. Another employee assured me they were in an enclosed area. They were not covered at all. Manager/owner do not return calls from customers that have complaints.
