The one thing that stood out to me about this particular Gamestop was the Great customer service. I was able to get straight forward answer to any of the questions I had asked about any particular games I was thinking about purchasing. Everyone that works here is very helpful and honest and if you are thinking about buying a sub par title they will let you know about poor reviews and others user problems with that title. Overall this Gamestop is Excellent.

Its great. You people are morons who say " The staff are not good or helpful." Every time I go there I have a good experience. There was this one guy in the reviews that said that his Steam Cards didnt work. Well I buy my ROBLOX,Animal Jam, and Minecraft Cards there and they do work. If the code is already used before you even got to use it just go back and tell them you want to exchange this card for another bc it didnt work.

The employees have always been friendly to me and have been open to talking about upcoming games and releases on a casual level. I have never had any bad experiences here and have participated in many of the 10p.m. releases. Although I do not sell my used games at GameStop, I do enjoy the pre-order benefit they offer with new games and how well-organized their 10p.m. releases are.

Really friendly and knowledgable staff; they know their games. Even though I dont fit the gamer sterotype and even choose a different platform than the one staffer recommended, they helped me find the best fit for my gaming style. The only reason for the 4 star rather than 5 is the selection can be spotty.

The people who work here are flaming morons. They do the best they can to hustle games with no social skill whatsoever. Go buy your games at Target. Edit: just bought a used game here, against my better judgement and returned to find it didnt work. This place is everything thats wrong with society

Store offered a promotion of a free toy with purchase. They didnt have the free toys, but said they woudl get them from another store. Failed to follow through and eventually told me the toys were unavailable. Customer service/communication was extremely poor and promotion was falsely advertised.

I went in asking for a "deal" - went in strong. And Logan made it happen! He gave me a deal, educated me on all the products, informed me how the industry is looking and really helped me. He knows his stuff! For a gamer, he is a professional. Go there and look for this guy, hes the best!

Always friendly and awesome. Dave is the best staff of all time. Always the best and awesome. Wether I come here to buy games or just browsing, Ive always felt satisfied every time I leave Gamestop. I highly recommend this place and will always come back here for my gaming needs!

Gave me two steam wallet cards that I found once I got home had the back scratched off and I entered the code on the back and it didnt work. Im sorry to leave bad review but not happy about what happened and the customer service was very bad, staff was pretty snooty and rude.

Staff is pretty chill, usually have everything in stock considering its a collage town with a ton of games. Getting into the parking lot and the space available is a little challenging depending on the time of the day.
