The owner is a super knowledgeable video game, comic and anime enthusiast that is probably the nicest person you will ever meet, and extremely fun to talk to. I have been in the shop probably 40 times already and I ALWAYS leave with a smile on my face. The shop is very family friendly. I see families in the store every time I visit, and everyone always has something in hand to purchase. The store has a vast inventory of video game systems, games and accessories at fantastic pricing. My favorite section of the store is the comic section. Every time I come into the store there is fresh inventory ranging from silver age to modern and the pricing is the best I have experienced in Colorado Springs. The owner really shows his love for video games and comics by making the hobbies affordable and realistic for anyone who is interested. He will go out of his way to absolutely ensure that you have a great experience every time you enter the doors. The world needs more businesses like this, I will remain a loyal customer forever and I recommend this shop to everyone I meet!

Ive been in this store many times and Ive always had the same excellent service as the first time I walked in. Patrick and Connie both take really good care of me and other customers when we come in. Ive been allowed time to test games before I buy them to make sure Im going to like it and to see if they work. This store cleans and tests every game that they get in to make sure its top quality for collectors and regular gamers alike. Ive bought several game systems and games from this store and Ive always been 110% satisfied with what Ive purchased. There isnt a store better than this one for retro gaming in my opinion. 5/5 stars for the best customer service Ive ever had plus 100% clean game systems and games.

Thought i had a good experience until i realized i trade $135 worth of games and got $125 of merch back but he said no need to ring it up with tax, after tax i was shorted $10 when i called to mention i thought i had purchased an additional dvd i was told i actually owed $2 but they let it go. They intentionally pulled shady tactics to scam $10 and wjen called out flat lied about it. If you go in tbeir make sure your keeping up on calculations and dont trust them!

Insanely knowledgable and nice! I even took my nes in with a completely (to me) random problem and they spent time with it and helped me until I figured out a solution. I feel like a friend of theirs every time I go in. They also have an impressive selection of games for NES, SNES, SEGA, ATARI, GAMEBOY, and every other system I can think of. Also, I said it before, but the staff is AMAZING. Im seriously happy this store even exists.

Excellent Customer Service. I have visited the store several times and always had excellent customer service. Patrick is knowledgable about his products and very friendly. I recently purchased a PS2 and it started having some issue after his 14 day warranty expired. It was a frustrating experience but Patrick heard me out and did a direct exchange for a replacement system. This is the place to go for your video games collectables.

The owner is very knowledgeable about the things in his store and he is always smiling and kind from the time you walk in to the time you leave. The customer service here is great. They have a fairly large selection they dont have everything but they have a lot and they have more than just video games and comics. I suggest checking it out sometime they are absolutely great.

He is always so helpful and know how to always help me out when I want to buy something. The prices are great and they have everything ranging from posters to consoles. Great stuff if you like games like I do they have what you are looking for at great prices. The staff was incredible and friendly and did not even mind that we had walked in 10 minutes before closing time. My five year old son loved to take is picture with Mario and had a fantastic visit we will definitely return.

Outstanding service, and super friendly! Brought in a game I thought was beyond repair and they fixed it good as new. They also gave me a deal on the repair and helped me find a few other games and accessories for my console. I will without a doubt be returning for my video game needs from now on.

Best place ever to buy any kind of games and comics, especially old school games great variety, the store has just about everything you will ever need for any gaming system, this store is the only one that cleans and test there games and offers the best comics in town.

Wonderful store and sweet friendly sales persons. I went with a random selection of comics and video games that I no longer needed and they gave me good cash for them. Very professional. Very clean and open store, not musty and weird like some others. Highly recommend!

This wqs my first time going to video game exchange, Patrick helped me with a trade and gave me a great credit on my trade in. I would definitely recommend going here over some place like gamestop where youll get $6 for trunk full of games. I will definitely go back.

Great selection, great prices, and knowledge. If there was something they did not know, they tried to find answers for you. More geared toward the retro players, but there was a decent selection of newer titles, and again, all at reasonable prices.
