Super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Bought a NES (original control deck, not the classic) and unfortunately it didnt work. I brought it back same day and they replaced it with another NES and they even put a brand new pin reader in it at no cost. They even cleaned 20+ games that I had at no cost and now everything works perfectly. I wish all video game stores were this easy! If you are looking to buy any games, this is the place to go. The slightly higher than market value for most games they sell is totally worth it as they are super reliable and awesome. Cannot recommend enough!

This store just opened behind my apartment building and I couldnt be more excited! I noticed a giant inflatable Mario on the roof of the strip mall behind my building and was drawn into Level 7. This place has retro games, time to bust out the ol 64! The guys behind the counter were super nice too. Just found my new game store.

Cool shop. A good chunk of the staff is cool to talk to. Some others not so much. A bit pricey at times, but I have left there happy more than once. I found the one and only copy of X3 I have ever seen in person there, so it is nice to see cool items make their way into the shop from time to time.

I went in for a 3ds and Pokemon Ruby and the guys working there were so helpful! I had a lot of questions and they helped me find what I needed and didnt make me feel stupid. I am loving it and thank you guys if you read this!!
