This reviews for the GameStop at 1830 N Zaragoza Rd, El Paso Tx. I went in to get CoD: Advanced Warfare and talked to the guy Robert or whatever, beard, glasses, kinda chubby. I asked him the return policy, he said unopened box 30 days. I asked him whats the policy for opened box? He said "You to get keep it. Yay!" Obviously this guy needs more work on CUSTOMER SERVICE instead of talking like a wise guy trying to impress the female co-worker that was next to him. He cares as much about the job as his looks and hygiene, which isnt that much. Hey guy, you get 2 stars. Yay!

Bad custamer service the big fat guy that helped me took for ever to find a case for my game and when he did he asked me for an id im 26-year-old I do not look sixteen in any way I dont even get asked for an id when I buy cigarettes or beer this guy just did that to be a Dick will be going to the one in i 10 from now on the people there are nice helpfull and respectfull dont shop here they dont know what they are doing

Poor customer service. The young girl who attended me was rude. I asked to see some xbox one controllers and got upset because I said they where dirty and poorly refurbished.
