Hello gamers and collectors! My name is Caleb and I would consider myself a very avid gamer and collector. I have lived in Aurora for close to two years now and have been to Game Force (Aurora) a countless number of times (and spent MUCH more money than I should). I am dead serious when I say that they have the BEST customer service you will find anywhere! I have worked in retail for 6 years and know great service when I see it. I imagine they get a fair amount of pretty diverse traffic, yet each time I come in I KNOW that they remember me and know what makes me happy, satisfied, and taken care of. Im not sure how they remember me, whether its my large beard or the fact that I ask if Super Metroid has shown its stealthy face in the recent past (or the hopeful present), but they do! And thats what matters. Pricing is often the best around. Shopping around, especially for retro gaming gear, can gain a saved dollar or two but most of the time youre safe with the prices they have. Trade in and selling prices are pretty spot on as far as I can tell. I havent done a whole lot of selling to them, but when I needed it most they came through in the best ways possible. I was selling my pokemon game collection, as money got a little scarce and my collection had grown much larger than my current living space could handle. I had 14 pokemon games ranging from Red and Blue all the way to Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire. First I went to Trade Smart in Lakewood. They offered me 86 dollars for the lot. I knew they wouldnt be the best but I was still disappointed. Next I tried 2nd and Charles in Parker. They were a little better at 92 cash. Third was Docs in Aurora. They wanted to give me ten dollars a game. This blew me away. I am well aware that the first two places I visited where more "corporate" and I almost expected to get shafted. But when I look at Docs and Game Force I recognize that they are more individual and set their own rules as they see fit depending on the customers needs and situation. The gentleman I talked to at Docs knew full and well that the games he wanted to buy at ten dollars-a-piece were going to be sold for at least 40, most likely 50-60 dollars. I wasnt that desperate. FINALLY I went to the place I knew I shouldve started. The gentleman at Game Force (who I am so ashamed to say I have forgotten his name (he is the kind fellow that wears sports jerseys and hats, and is there probably 75% of the time I go in)) asked me how much I wanted for the games. He knew I was not stupid and I knew he had to make a profit. I told him I was after 250 and that the last place I went to only offered 140. After a short and friendly debate, we settled on 210 as that made me happy as well as give his store a good amount of future revenue. Not only did I get an acceptable amount of money back for my games, but I also had done a little shopping and found a somewhat rare Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness. Because of spending my just earned Pokemon money and the type of buying customer I had been in the past, the gentleman helping me let me switch the case that Pokemon was in (it was bought by him from a customer who had kept it in an Xbox 360 case), and in result of him knowing I was a collector, gave me a discount on the game and told me I could get a refund for cash because of marker writing on the physical disk and the possibility of not being able to get it off. Note that there is a very large sign by the register that clearly states NO CASH REFUNDS. Even more proof that I was being more than taken care of. Couldnt have asked for a better salesman-to-customer interaction. I know it was long, but If you have stuck around til the end I appreciate you reading what I have to say. I believe that what these guys do is awesome and more retail stores should follow their lead. I hope this store gets as much credit as it deserves and if you havent been to it yet, theres no reason not to stop by and see what theyve got to offer! Five stars all the way!!! Thanks again, -NewbyTime

I drove on a Friday to game force about selling a game cube I had bought from this place a month ago and never used it because I couldnt find the game I was looking for. The guy that was working told me to call back later because "he doesnt have any money." I asked what time and he said 5. I asked if they would more than likely buy it and he said yes to call back at 5. I called back at 4:50 and he said they dont have any money call back at 11:00 am the following morning. It is now 10:26 am and I called to see if they would consider buying my game cube back and he told me they dont do buy backs. Whatever that is supposed to mean. I told him my situation not knowing if it was the same guy and he said they would take a look at it and might consider doing a trade for another thing in the store buy to try game stop... the service was terrible and there is no one to reimburse me for my gas or brain cells.

I always go here when I can help it. Bought a used PS4 at a lower price than I ever would anywhere else, and was recommended some nice games to match. Came out at probably the price I would have gotten for buying just one game at any other store. Service was friendly, sociable and made me feel like I was just hanging out with friends. The atmosphere is just gamers hanging out, I couldnt have felt more welcome. So much better than the likes of GameStop, Ive traded games, bought new and old ones here and never been disappointed in what I get out of it. Even though I had a problem with the PS4 controller, talking to them about it resulted in a quick and helpful solution. I recommend this place to all my friends looking for new and old games.

First of all I have been going to this video game store for years and years, and never had one single problem with what can only be described as excellent customer service. I am always treated to an exceptional classic game selection all the way up to current Gen. On the very rare occasion I have had an issue with a used game I am promptly offered a replacement, as the staff at this beloved Aurora gaming fixture are just as much in love with games as I am. Lastly, something that most people may not notice are the museum-like artifacts that adorn the walls all around this mecca of gaming; which serve as a beautiful and historical record of where gaming has come from over the last few decades.

Great store to pick up all your gaming needs. Moved to Co last year and had to find a good place to get retro games again and came across Game Force. The moment i walked in they were friendly and helpful. Ive been to 3 of their locations and its always the same good stock, good prices and good people. They have also helped me with finding games at their other stores when needed. If the store youre at doesnt have it they will do their best to get the game for you. After a year this is my go to Game store.
