I only had a phone conversation, but it was excellent. I could tell they were busy, noon on a Saturday the second week of December. But the person on the phone was so helpful and nice. I was looking for "retro games" and they didnt even carry them but told me exactly where I could find them and didnt try to rush me off the phone or anything. They still answered my other questions and calmly told me to have a nice day even though I could hear customers talking and another phone line ringing in the background. They totally get my recommendation!

The only problem with game stop is they give you far less for your trade ins. I went to buy back games and they offer decent money, or more towards store credit. I didnt spend $60 on a game to receive $1.50 towards store credits from Game stop. Thank you but I dont like to feel suckered. Buy back games is the place for me.

Was told multiple times in one day about a 10:00 pm release. I even got my receipt finalized to be there at 10:00. Was at the store from 9:30-10:15, nobody there. Tried to call at midnight to see if theyd be there then, nothing. They straight up lied to my face, or they didnt do their job.

I believe the kids name is Cody. I may be wrong. Ill edit if I am. But that dude rocks. Totally cool and very helpful. Knows his Pokemon very well.. this dude should get a promotion. The whole staff here is very cool though and if Every gamestop ran like this one it would be great.

The staff of this location are great, theyre very helpful and very knowledgeable about most games. The only complaint I think I really have is that I wish there was more staff at the store so the lines werent so long.

Fairly nice staff, especially considering their monthly quotas they have to follow. I always pick up my pre-ordered switch games there, even if theres a target just across the parking lot. ;D

I like this game stop because its in a great area and the staff is really friendly. I just wish they kept the door open more or something because it can feel very stale inside and warm.
