Customer service and caring about long time loyal customers is not in the cards at this place (for any of you that care about things like that). I will sum up my experience by sharing the fact that I called and asked if a specific beer that is only released once a year was available (Bourbon County by Goose Island). I was told it was in stock with plenty available. I then made the 70+ mile round trip only to be told that "George" was already off that day and had it all locked in his office and was the one that picked who was allowed to buy it (anyone seen the Seinfeld episode of the soup Nazi? Seems kind of the same to me except with beer). At any rate, after the wasted trip I was told George wouldnt be back until Tues because he is off Sun / Mon and nobody else at the store has the ability to open his office. At any rate, needless to say I wasnt one of the ones picked to get it.

I was in the store yesterday for the first time and found the entire experience unsatisfactory. Simple beverages were difficult to find with little or no help from the limited staff. And the employees that were there were rude. When I made a simple suggestion to a manager that would have helped my experience. His comment was "Well, its just our policy to do it this way. Im sure there are other liquor stores to go to.", delivered in a sniveling condescending manner. I left without a purchase. Strangely their prices were not that much lower.

I went there to find a wine that would go well with pizza, first of all it took me a while to ge the attention of a sales person, it appeared he did not felt like helping me. When I asked him about what I wanted he treated me like an idiot and made me feel as if I did not know what I was talking about. I will never go back to that place, I prefer to shop for wine where I dont get insulted by staff.

Good selection but higher price on about half the items. Also a little disappointed this place doesnt accept American Express and the fact they sell smokes for $2 higher than they should be. I would bring all of my business here if those two factors would change since Im two blocks away. In the meantime Ill come here when I dont feel like driving further away. Keeping high hopes though.

This store is a staple in Aurora. Its been here a long time and theres a reason why. They have a great wine selection, great hard liquor selection and plenty of beer to choose from (and entire wall of coolers plus some not in the coolers). The offer a frequent shopper card and are helpful and friendly. Will is a great resource when you have questions about wine.

rude rude rude! Beein in here befor numourous times no problems, came in tonight with my girl friend got asked for both of our ids she didnt have hers i had mine ,we are both over 21 and i was holding all the alcohol they were assuming she was underage and i was buying alcohol for her! Taking my money else where thanks assholes way to treat a regular!

Great selection? Great sales on the brews I drink? Friendly staff? Chambers Wine and Liquor has it all! Not to mention the large wine selection and options. Not a single wasted space offering some great browsing and new options for the adventurous. Beer selection not as great as, say, Liquor Galaxy, but far superior to any other stores in the area.

This is the best liquor store Ive ever been to. I love the staff and the whole environment of the store. For those of you who think the I.D. checking is insane. Believe me, its their store policy. So be prepared to bring in your ID and whoever you bring with you will need to bring theirs as well. So suck it up "regulars".

Beer, liquor or wine it doesnt matter Chambers has the best selection in Aurora. Their staff is very experienced. I have shopped there for over 15 years and still see the same faces. I cant wait each week to check out their website to see what the Super Sunday Special will be. Keep up the good work.

Friendly and helpful people, great rewards program so I ONLY come here to get my $20 off when I hit my rewards number! They are one of the few places that carry the cayman jack margaritas I love, and they ALWAYS have a drawing for gift cards and taste tests going on a very guest oriented liquor store!

Price, selection, service all good. Only annoyance is them asking Social Security aged customers for ID because theyve had problems with their minimum wage cashiers in the past. Just because you hired people with bad judgment, and who sold to underage, doesnt mean I should have to be annoyed.

Best Liquor Store ON THE PLANET!!! Tons of Beer/Whiskey/Wine Selections!! Very nice employees and the Greatest & most kind and generous owner -Lee E. Would definitely recommend shopping at this store!! Oh yeah, and the prices are phenomenal!! The Disneyland of wine & liquor!

Pretty much the biggest selection in Aurora. Extensive wine selection and they have a lot of craft beers I like too. They also have a rewards program that I actually got a useful reward from. The place is clean and there are lots of people to ask for help if you need it.

Very good selection and decent aisles and lit up well too. Knowledgeable staff of their products and where something is. If I ever need liquor or beer I would buy from them before someone else and suggest that store two other people in the Aurora Colorado area

Good selection and very friendly. Always willing to help find what you want and willing to order it if they dont stock it. Not always the best price in town is why I give it 4 stars and not 5. Because YELP SUCKS I use Google Reviews for a more unbiased review.

Ive literally never been in a liquor store that has this great customer service. Employees actually come up to you and ask you what youre looking for and if they can help. They have the biggest selection. And my favorite ciders I cant find anywhere but here.

wish i could rate this 0! stars. On 2 separate occasion the same counter girl ( dont know her name but will be back tomorrow to find out and talk to mgmt) was rude over "touching" non alcoholic items. Will never buy from this store again. HIRE NICER PEOPLE
