Excellent variety including local and hyper-local options! This store also has exceptional customer service. We purchased one bottle of mixer that had an off flavor. As it turns out, the bottle was expired. The new trainee we talked with was confused on store policies and would not offer a return. But, Adam (General Mgr), stepped in quickly and helped us resolve the issue. He was very kind and offered the store credit we requested. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience and that is one of the main reasons why we highly recommend Village South Wine & Spirits!

I PURCHASED 4 ITEMS. CASHIER ASKED ME IF I WANTED A BAG, I SAID YES AND HE TRIED TO MAKE ME FEEL GUILTY BY SAYING THAT THEY ONLY HAD ONE BAG LEFT BECAUSE THEIR ORDER HADNT ARRIVED. POOR SERVICE. THE TALL BLONDE GUY IS EXTREMELY RUDE EVERY TIME I GO. I GO OUT OF MY WAY TO AVOID THIS STORE. WILL NEVER RETURN EVEN THOUGH ITS THE CLOSETEST TO MY HOUSE.

Ive been going to this place for a year and still have yet to find any friendly staff. They dont even acknowledge you. Never ask to help. Staff turnover is a regular occurrence. Drive a few minutes down the road to Payless where they actually care about the customer!

Love this place. Always have what I want, prices are competitive, staff is knowledgeable and the 5% back every quarter is awesome! Only place I go in Castle Rock.

Disappointed about the loss of the 5% for every $100 spent during a quarter.....they should consider changing it to 5% for every $200.
