This pharmacy is literally the least organized company I have ever had to deal with. I actually switched jobs so that I would not have them as a specialty pharmacy. Unfortunately my new insurance took them on and now I have to deal with them again. Ive been bounced around between internal pharmacies because nobody seems to know which one should ship to me. They did not reach out to my doctors office or my insurance company to obtain a current pre-authorization that was already on file nor did they reach out to get a new pre-authorization until my 8th call to them. Every time I called I was told that it was pending and then I would have to wait three to five days for it to be reviewed. This is after I am already late for my scheduled medication. I spent 5 hours on the phone today between Caremark my insurance company and my doctors office to get things fixed. Previously when I had them there were multiple occasions when I would go in to the hospital to get my injection and my supply would not be there because Caremark did not send it on time. All I hear from this company is "Sorry I dont know why we havent been able to figure this out". Im frustrated that I will probably have to switch jobs again to a company that does not use Caremark as a specialty pharmacy.
