This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. First of all I absolutely understand that this is a tough business with very strict and important rules for dispensing controlled substances. The prescription drug epidemic in this country is nothing less than a national disaster at this point and it is extremely important that we have strict rules for dispensing dangerous drugs. However, much of the staff at this pharmacy is incredibly rude, condescending, and arrogant..My wife and I have repeatedly been treated like junkies trying to pull a fast one for a quick fix. Over and over again. On several occasions weve been told that they could not dispense our medication because it was a day or two early, insurance would not allow the meds to be dispensed yet and to come back the next day. OK, no big deal. Makes sense. Upon our return the following day or two, as they said, they again tell us that now they cant dispense for a few more days because of "store policy". During these interactions they have treated us like Heroin junkies trying to steal dope from them. Weve had our Drs call to get the approval and even then they still wont give us the meds. On one occasion my wife was leaving town for a work conference and therefore had her Dr call in the prescription to be filled a few days early and the exact response from the condescending pharmacist was "too bad". Im not making this up people. These are not the types of medications one can just stop taking. There is the very real possibility of life threatening withdrawals with sudden discontinuation of some of these meds. On another occasion the pharmacist explained to me that there needed to be a certain number of days between refills. OK, i get that. So I pulled out the calendar on my iPhone in an attempt to show her that she had indeed counted the days wrong. She knew she had made a mistake but was too arrogant to admit it. I kindly asked her to look at the calendar on my phone and her reaction was to stand at the back of the pharmacy and repeatedly yell to the front where I was standing. " No, thats incorrect! No, thats incorrect!" She knew she was wrong but refused to look at the calendar. I then asked her to send the prescription to another nearby pharmacy. She declared that they would not fill it either because they have the same policy. Big Surprise!!! The Walgreens pharmacy filled it immediately, no problem!!!! Not only do they tell us one thing and then do another, but their attitude is extremely condescending during the whole process. On numerous occasions they have raised their voice in what appears to be an attempt to cause embarrassment and an attempt to get us to go away. Theyve blatantly broadcast our confidential medical business out across groups of strangers waiting behind us by raising their voices. I get that they have to be careful and I get that they might get a fair number of addicts in there trying to pull a fast one, but this type of repeatedly terrible treatment is absolutely uncalled for and undeserved.Ive since switched to other pharmacies in the area and have had nothing but respectful kind treatment.

The store has major issues with keeping employees. They have you train with lazy, unethical people that care more about getting a pay check and doing only whats required of you. Emily who works the night shift cares more about getting her break or lunch than doing the mark downs on the chicken that is supposed to be marked down after 8! Many times Ive asked her, isnt the chicken supposed to be less? Ignoring me and tells the customer thats only something special other handheld employees do. I have never met a person so focused on her own needs than the service to the company and customers that basically are the reason she even has a job! My advice Dont work for a company that allows employees to eat what they sell as long as management isnt anywhere around. Dont clean the slicers with improper tools when managers are around. Dont get caught drinking anything but tap water, even when you have a receipt for it if a manager is around. Dont take extra breaks if a manager is near by. Dont talk behind other employees backs when managers are around. Plan on working your scheduled day, unless you have a good excuse like imaginary bumping your head when getting potato wedges out of the back room walk in. ***Go ahead and work for a company who say one day, I support you and your hard work and willingness to learn and the next minute forward your text messages to other management because your tattling on employees that have been training the new employee all the NOT Supposed to dos, and waisting the companies time and money. TEAM WORK, Employee Discounts that go beyond what the company allows. The shhhh management is near by, watch out! I choose, No way!

The guys who work here are awesome and super friendly. One is named Eric, I believe, and I dont remember the name of the male tech but hes really nice too—he searched for my prescriptions that someone had misplaced for almost ten minutes even though I came in five minutes before close. The female pharmacists and techs arent superb but theyre professional. Ive never had a bad experience.

The staff are courteous and helpful, and the pharmacists are very attentive and knowledgeable. One of the pharmacists caught a potentially harmful but very rare possible interaction between two medications I was taking.
