Have yet to have a prescription ready on time at this pharmacy. I was told once that if I ordered a refill online using the Safeway Pharmacy website that I would need to then follow that up with a call to the pharmacy. Hmmmm....then why order online if I have to then make a phone call for the prescription to actually be filled? Very Disappointing experience every time I make the trip to pick up a prescription only to be told its not ready and I will have to wait while they fill it right now for me.

01-07-16 Two great employees there! Mary, a Tech and Chris, a Pharmacist. They will go out of their way to assist you with your prescription needs. If there are questions, both will go out of their way to help you. A great team, Chris and Mary!!! Thank you very much.

Chris is always so helpful. My prescriptions are always filled and waiting for me on time. The courtesy call is such a time saver, makes refilling Rx effortless. Also never had to wait over 30 minutes for new prescriptions.
