Zero is probably more accurate. I ran into some issues filling my prescriptions and this lady told me she would figure it out and if not she would give me a call. She never called so I assumed everything worked out and I get there and literally nothing worked out. They no longer accepted my insurance which they claim they havent for 2 years (filled it there a month ago) and didnt call the doctor for the refills like they claimed they would. She had 8 hours to call and tell me this so I couldve helped resolve the issues. I am now without my prescriptions and very angry.

I give 4 stars because we have shopped here for over 5 years, even though its not the closest one. Sometimes we go to a Walmart Superstore right across the street, but we already know many of the employees at King Soopers that have been there years.
