Dropped off two ship port holes valued at $1600 to be shipped to my customer. Over 2 weeks later they did not ship items or even contact customer. Girl working counter acted like she was too busy to even be bothered. My customer filed a chargeback against me on eBay for non receipt. Girl working counter said she was waiting on owner who has not been to store in over two weeks to help her. This is a fiasco! What kind of business operation is this? Someone need to shut this place down.

I was able to come in and speak with Michelle. I was in a bind and needed some things printed quickly. She was very knowledgeable but a bit overwhelmed. I watched as she helped other customers quickly and efficiently. I went in, emailed my documents, had them printed and stapled. I also had a set of brochures made with binding. It turned out a lot better than Id hoped. I will definitely be coming back in for other services.

I walked in clerk made a face of disgust after seeing i was returning ATT equipment. Didnt say hello, just said account number!? After a couple of other customers walked in, said sorry systems down with a hippy smile. Just had bad feeling like she was lying. Told me to come back. I returned two hours later and asked if system was up. She said no, didnt even look. Told me to go to another store very rude.

I went in to ship my sons computer, monitor, speakers, and cables. To ship was well over $300.00 I was so surprised! I asked her why so much, she said its because of the boxes. Made no sense, did not go through itemized list of charges, no smile, no eye contact, terrible social skills! No hello, no good bye, thank you!! Terrible!! Will go to UPS in Brea from now on.

I was running late from work but still made it a few minutes before closing. The girl was pulling the sign in and saw me get my package out and walk toward her. She rushed inside and locked the door and it was still before 6pm by 2-3 minutes. Not cool. Too bad because I finally found this place near my home and I wont be going back there.

I am very happy with this UPS Store! I was able to print brochures for a great price! The brochures I printed would have been around twice as much if I would have gone somewhere else! The employees are wonderful and very helpful! I also printed business cards for a GREAT price! Love this store!
